These other Board members repeatedly spoke very highly of the quality of service they were receiving from Allstate. Our Board thought it would be worth a shot so we made the jump and signed on with Allstate HOA. What a breath of fresh air and higher quality of service compared to the property management company we left! (the difference was literally night and day!). Armando Castillo was our primary point of contact as the property manager during the transition period for the first 6 months or so and he was amazing in helping our HOA get on the right foot. He was very responsive to email and always was on top of things.
