Julie also happened to have worked with the selling agent for the property I wanted, was able to find out how much I should offer, and even advised me on the best timing. I told Teddy I'd be happy to call him after he provided the address, asking price, financing terms, and rent role, he refused stating he does not give out private information - Can you image a relator telling you everything about a property for sale is private? Checking out the agency site most telling as they do not have a single duplex listed in their office. Clearly a scamy / spammy agency just trying to generate leads by suggesting they have a property for sale they don't actually have. If you think it's just the agent, think again, I added the designated officer of the agency Rudy Lira Kusuma and he did not respond to the email. STAY AWAY, there are plenty of honest agents and agencies to work with. read more

Went to one of the rudest, unprofessional open houses. Aside from that, they needed a whole group of people to conduct an open house. The rudest was this teenage intern or handler they hired to hand out the flyers (I think his name was Eric). I'm not sure if the rudeness is that they only want certain demographics since they were greeting people in another language. If so, they shouldn't advertise on English websites like Zillow and Redfin. C'mon, It's just an open house for a not so expensive, small home. They act like it's a life-or-death situation or they are on the verge of winning the lottery jackpot or something. Never heard of "Your Home Sold Guaranteed." But whether it's a local shop or national chain, they have to adhere to basic rules and professionalism. read more
