    They only respond back to you when they need something. To ensure I don't get anything charged on my deposit, I paid cleaners to clean the apartment. I left the place so spotless I found the unit listed for rent on Craigslist the very next day. It's not even about the $150 at this point but the principle. I emailed Kevin and advised last year when my tub and toilet was filled with shit water and I emailed for compensation or a cleaner no one responded. I gave them 24 hours to respond back to the attached email, however no one has gotten back to me. I've attached a copy of my email and the back flow pictures caused by the buildings plumbing. Yes, I had to clean that myself. My next step is to contact the DRE.

Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, photos, and detailed explanations, the issue remains unresolved. The grass and landscaping continue to dry out and develop brown patches while I am still waiting for meaningful action. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and communication. Responses often take a long time, and when I do receive a response, I feel that my concerns are being dismissed rather than properly investigated. I have personally tested the irrigation controller and documented that the sprinklers are not operating as expected, yet I am still being told everything is working properly. I also find it unreasonable that I was advised to hire and pay for my own plumber to investigate a problem that appears to involve landscaping and irrigation systems maintained by the HOA. As a homeowner who pays HOA dues every month, I expect the management company to thoroughly investigate issues involving common-area maintenance before shifting responsibility to residents. My experience with Angee has been frustrating because despite numerous communications and requests for assistance, I still do not feel that the issue has been taken seriously or addressed appropriately. I understand that repairs can take time, but residents deserve timely communication, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve problems. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

    Absolutely atrocious in every way. They do month-to-month leases for a reason, and it isn't because…read morethey care about their tenants. They are run by shady, back-stabbing management that never stand by what they agree to. This complex changed management about 9 months ago, and it took a turn for the worse from there. From the start, they always used poorly-written rental contracts with vague language for their apartments and garages. I doubt anything they asked me to sign was ever reviewed by a lawyer, much less written by one. I took their contracts to my attorney and she verified that nothing I signed would ever hold up in court in the management's favor. (This is obviously a plus to tenants, and management knows this. If they mess with you like they did with me, lawyer up and know your rights.) They made verbal promises that they never kept, and then tried to bully me into leaving after 2 years of loyal, on-time rent payment. Once management changed, the complex grounds went from cleanly manicured and well-kept to disgusting and full of garbage, so leaving wasn't a problem. The once quiet community of working class families was also replaced by loud, obnoxious partiers. It wasn't uncommon to hear young 20-somethings blasting music and talking loudly until 5am on a week night. Just stay away, period. This place was a nightmare.

In the end, they STILL charged us $125 for general cleaning, $80 for carpet cleaning, and another $150 for Painting. It was not even clean to begin with!!! If you guys do decide to move here, just prepare to give them your deposit. Another complaint I have is that they ONLY take money order for the first month's rent and security deposit so it costs you even more money. In short, they are a bunch of bloodsuckers -_-
