    Never rent from here. 1000$ Cleaning and painting fees while move out in good condition. Deposit Not Returned ,Poor Management staff Patrick Chang We had a terrible rental experience in 65 W Dayton St, an apartment under their management. They kept our entire security deposit and charged unreasonable fees total about 1000 dollars for cleaning and painting without providing any evidences. The apartment was in good condition when we moved out. We moved out on August 31, yet were still charged rent for September 1-4, even though we no longer lived there. The building has serious noise issues too, Patrick Chang, the manager, was unprofessional and always failed to attend our appointment three times. We never see him in person.

    Baby roaches

    IT IS HORRIBLE! I live in the apartments on Franklin avenue and it's infested with roaches! They lie about fumigating, it's gotten to the point where it's affecting my kids! Supervisor is super rude and tries to put everything off on the manager. Supervisor Gregory Gailys is extremely rude and lazy. He tells tenants that they are dirty when in reality this property is completely taken over by roaches! Even inside the laundry rooms! We were going to move into a downstairs unit but it was completely infested with roaches including dead roaches, they didn't even clean it and I have pictures to prove it! Next, I asked to move into the upstairs unit because the manager told me there were no roaches! BIG LIE THIS BUILDING IS OVER INFESTED! We have so many pictures to that unit When I asked to get out of my lease the supervisor GREGORY GAILYS kept talking over me and my husband and he hung up the phone on us! So unprofessional something needs to be done. Office isn't on top of anything! They have me signed on a lease for a unit we don't even live in or have ever lived in!!!! I will NOT be signing a lease to the unit that we are currently in. They were trying to get us to move into a unit this month where someone passed away due to a fire because of the properties negligence! They didn't even tell us about this fatality! Talked to my lawyer and we will be handling this matter ourselves! I have a newborn on the way I cannot deal with this any longer. All units have roaches here, maintenance isn't on top of anything, do not move here it's absolutely disgusting. We cannot wait to get out. Taking legal action with proof from my doctor! It's been such an emotional toll on my pregnancy having to smell roach fumes all the time! I'm guessing nobody has sued before because the way the supervisor got so upset at us was shocking!

    Another one star to add to this terrible company. I've been trying to lease a space from InveServe for the better part of almost 2 months. To start the website had the wrong building photos for the list (which seems to be a reoccurring issue in 2022?) and the application for the COMMERCIAL space was the same as a residential.. which struck me as odd... but not as odd as how The Agent Daniel treated me as a client... or wait I'm not a client until I made a deposit (his words) He was extremely unresponsive during this entire process and boasted about how he has 70 other properties to manage and that mine was not even on his radar get over yourself. Not to mention I tried to explain that the city needed me to complete my applications before the September 17th, 4 days from this post, or else the parking variance for the space would expire leaving me with a $7500 bill to conduct parking study and a 4 month waiting period (while still have to pay my lease.) Daniel's disregard for urgency and help was already a concern but when I told him of the issue he didn't even take the time to understand what was going on, and said it's not his problem then pushed me to sign the lease... I mean of course I'm not signing anything until I know for sure you will get everting completed!! What are you thinking?? I complained about is lack of help and is disrespectful business conduct to his boss Patrick, who didn't respond to my email at all. Instead told Daniel about how I was feeling and then just went on with his day as normal without fixing the issue!leaving me in a very uncomfortable position. In my email I asked to be put with a different agent. I was ignored completely. This place is a mess just like all the other reviews say

    Bad service. Over charged my water bill. I called no response. I emailed no response. Keep doing the same thing. Not recommended
