I submitted an application 35 days ago and have reached out multiple times, even went into office. All to no avail. The place I put application in for is still for rent on multiple websites. If you don't intend on renting to an applicant or have found someone else instead, let your applicants know. Paying $50 application fees left and right to people that have no intention of renting the unit is crazy. They also have 7 day move in specials BUT the move in date passes and the unit remains vacant so you cant even take part of those specials. I guess that's the goal. Reel you in, take application fee and you never hear from them.

However, they've exceeded all my expectations. It's refreshing to finally have an HOA that communicates clearly, responds promptly, and keeps us updated on what's going on. Just to list a few things they've done since taking over: hired new landscapers and cleaners, cleaned a stairwell that hasn't been touched in literally a decade, brought out community gym to the cleanest state in years, fixed our garage doors, put water back into our fountains, turned on the gas to our BBQ grills, and installed security cameras near our mailbox. These sound like basic things but these are the things HOAs should do and from experience and from what I've heard, things that a lot of HOAs neglect. Special thank you to Christi Schaeffler, our community manager who I believe has been largely responsible the improvement in our community.

We requested through Zillow and also called 6 times with 3 different numbers but calls went straight to voicemail and couldn't leave any voice messages. However, we received an email the next day telling us they had the open house from 11:30am-12:30pm on that same day( weekday) even though we did requested if possible we can see it on weekends or after work. After 3 days trying to contact them back to ask for another tour schedule, we finally got through one of the phone numbers. There was a man picked up the phone and was rushing us to hang up. After we told him the rental's address, he quickly said no more applications accepted, no tour, and no schedules then he hang up the phone. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional property management that tenants may want to avoid.
