We greatly appreciated and enjoyed working with Jack H and his team - he was an absolute dream to work with and made our first home buying experience a breeze. read more

I was referred to Jack and I am so pleased I had the opportunity to have him represent me to sell my home. Jack was very responsive to any questions I had during the process. I trusted Jack enough to defer to his guidance/suggestions on selling strategy. Trusting the expert is what helped me get this house sold at a profit in less than 45 days on the market. My home was very difficult to sell due to some repairs that would be needed and the aesthetic. Jack was able to get 2 offers in less than 30 days and think of a creative solution to make the deal work. A lot of realtors can do the showings and be friendly. However, not as many can come through when it's not the perfect property to sell. He did a great job in setting a strategy, pricing, and good reputation with other realtors. He is my go to realtor and I would 100% recommend him. read more

Jack is a absolute pro! He helped us sell our place in Pasadena and made the entire process feel effortless. He managed all the professional photography and marketing, which looked amazing. What impressed us most was his speed--he organized a week of showings and private tours that resulted in two offers almost immediately. We were under contract and sold in less than a month. Jack is responsive, driven, and knows the local market inside out. Highly recommend the Huntington Group! read more

My husband and I got extremely lucky with finding Jack. We were on Zillow, like everyone else, desperately trying to find a home within our budget these past 6 months in our dream location. Jack was our assigned zillow agent at a random because we wanted to see a property that had not listed an open house. Being randomly selected without much background time to check and let's be real, it is hard to trust anyone even if they had great reviews online with all the hard earned money you are going to spend on a downpayment. I will not lie that I had hesitations at first because I am so used to researching before a choice... but boy did Jack meet all of our expectations. Jack is a honest, professional, and down to earth . What we love about him is he is extremely responsive and very direct communicator. Finding all those qualities in one person is what you. As first time home buyers and also 1st generation of immigrant parents without much helpful advice to off of besides the internet and friends, Jack guided us and never made us feel dumb or like we were wasting him time by the types of questions we had. We went through the whole emotional rollercoaster of home buying with Jack. (from counteroffers to getting beat out to finally finding our 1st home and successfully closing escrow). He sent us similar properties after our counteroffer got rejected and even after putting down a firm offer on the home that we eventually got... he was so thoughtful to ask us if we wanted to see a property that just got posted on the street we mentioned that we were interested in WITHOUT us asking just so we wouldn't feel like we were missing out and made the right decision for us. I didn't even know I needed this! I would recommend working with Jack and his team 1000%. Don't hesistate if you are doing your due diligence on Jack as a real estate agent. Thank you so much Jack!! We look forward to working with you in the future :) read more

Mom went to assisted living. Her condo was empty for months. Just the thought of clearing out the condo, let alone selling it, was overwhelming! Thank goodness a friend introduced me to Jack! Jack made this hard process very easy. He was instrumental in getting it all done and we closed with a good price in only 6 weeks! I highly recommend Jack! read more

Oh man, where to start. I randomly found Jack and the Huntington Group on Redfin when I first started looking to buy. I am so thankful I found him and Abdo. I am a first time home buyer and they made the daunting process much more user friendly. There was no such thing as a stupid question, and they were both communicative and friendly. While both are incredibly involved, Jack deals with a lot of the bigger picture items, and Abdo deals with the day to day details. I know I'm not their only client, but I felt like it because they gave me every attention I asked for. They both want what is best for their client. They never pushed their own opinions or tastes onto me while I was home shopping; but they were happy to talk out the pros and cons of each property I was interested in. I also used the Huntington Group for my loan and I got a very competitive rate, and it was so much easier with a one stop shop. The process was so much smoother. I think their dedication to their clients can be shown with a simple anecdote. Almost two weeks after I got the keys to my new place, Abdo texted me to see how my move in was and to see if he could follow up on a minor issue with my HOA that hadn't been completely dealt with when escrow closed. I think a lot of agents would have been "out of sight, out of mind," but not these guys. I cannot be happier with or thankful for Jack, Abdo, and the Huntington Group. Thank you guys so much! read more

Jack and his team were a breath of fresh air! Did an outstanding job negotiating my loan rate. Excellent communication and very thorough with all explanations. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Huntington Group went above and beyond. read more

I would highly recommend working with Abdo and Jack at the Huntington Group on your next real estate transaction. They helped us successfully navigate some very complex real estate buy+sell transactions. Their understanding of both the real estate property market and loan procurement process is invaluable. The Huntington Group is the complete package. Their knowledge in both real estate and loans made the whole process much smoother for us because we didn't have to bounce back and forth between agent and loan officer. They made our complex transactions simple by breaking down the information we needed to provide clearly and concisely. AND if we didn't understand something or filled out something the wrong way, their responsiveness is incredible! They would respond to emails in a matter of minutes (sometimes even seconds later, no joke). They made submitting our financial documents simple and IRON CLAD so that we achieved underwriter approval quickly. In this hot sellers market having a team that understands the nuances of communication and negotiation is very important. Abdo and Jack are experts at this. They helped us strategize on how to write the strongest possible offer. Not just purchase price, but also terms. With their help, we were able to secure the first property we made an offer on. unheard of in this tough sellers market! On the selling side, we had a tremendous amount of offers. They helped us maximum our property's value while maintaining a professional and ethical demeanor with all interested parties. Don't even think about messing around with your cousin's friend who's side hustle is selling 1 property a year. Go with a pro at the Huntington Group or you're leaving money on the table. read more

I've shared some of the most important moments of my life with Jack Holwahjian. I bought. Then sold. Then bought again. ALL with Jack. He's an outstanding partner -the type of support you will undoubtedly want/need in your corner each and every time. He's not a salesman - he's genuinely trying to make you happy. Which is what I liked about my first experience - and why I kept coming back to him over and over again. I really can't recommend him enough! read more

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Jack! We are first time homebuyers and our experience with him has been an absolute dream. Jack is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, very hands on, and got things done faster than we thought were possible. He was patient when we had several questions about each phase of the entire process. Jack went above and beyond to fight for us and knows everyone. In this crazy Los Angeles market we got pre-approved to purchase and start looking for homes by the 1st week of February and placed an offer that was accepted by the last week of February (and we didn't even have the highest offer out of the several offers on the table!). This is rare in Los Angeles at our highly common price point. We are still in shock that this is all real and has happened so quickly and smoothly all thanks to Jack. Not only did Jack get us into the house we love but has offered several great resources and contacts for every sort of renovation or update we want to do to make our house our home. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. From now on we will only work with Jack, he has spoiled us and we recommend him and the team at Huntington Group to all of our family and friends. read more

As a first time home buyer, it can be extremely overwhelming thinking about the process. I was recommended to the Huntington Group by a friend so I knew I would be in good hands. They made everything easy, clear and super smooth. They are professional and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to have such a great experience in buying our first home. We will definitely use them again in the future as they are a sure thing. Thank you!! read more

I recently refinanced my house in Northridge. Jack and his amazing team made it super easy to complete the refinance process from A to Z. Even with this crazy uncertain times, they were able to lock me into a great low rate which was unbelievable. They were all readily available whenever I had a question, via email, text, or phone calls. I would definitely recommend the Huntington group for anyone who needs assistance with purchasing a new home, refinancing an existing home or anything else house related!!! Very happy with the service I received from the whole team and Jack Holwahjian! Keep up the good work you guys. read more

After meeting with him for the first time, I immediately felt that Jack was the right agent to sell our family's property. After just having sold another property and working with another agent, as well as interviewing 9 others, I can honestly say that Jack stood out from the rest. He's experienced, professional and determined to get you the best results. Most importantly, he was skilled at negotiating and navigating the many obstacles of the deal during this very challenging time. I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

This was our first time buying a home and Jack and his entire team made our experience go SO smoothly. We wouldn't have been able to close as quickly and for the amount that worked within our budget without Jack and his team. Their professionalism, and dedication to providing a great client experience absolutely makes us want to recommend them to anyone buying a home in the LA area. read more

I had initially posted a review then took off because I will admit Jack is a very hard worker but just because you work hard doesn't mean you work right. In the end our best interest wasn't looked for. This was almost a year ago and I feel like it should be noted because we did not want to deal with this company or communicate with them after the fact. Most of these reviews seem to be friends of the business . Let me start by saying Jack is the most aggressive guy to an absolute fault. He will work against you because he is slimy and wants the check - not your best interest. Aside from this, he has an agent named Joe who was absolutely pretentious acting with my wife. He was aggressive as well. One thing is to be hostile to your client but on real estate you can't be hostile with the other party. It sabotages deals. Once I found out I was done. This is a small brokerage with low quality and zero experience agents and again, our opinion for our experience. I don't see any reason to even consider this company. read more

After entering some quick details into Lending Tree's website, I was connected with Abdo Faissal from the Huntington Group (as well as many other brokerage firms). Simultaneously, I in contact with Wells Fargo to see if I could refinance with my current bank at a lower rate, assuming this would be easier. Abdo was not only incredibly responsive, but he also provided the lowest rates *upfront.* He provided information to help me compare the many different quotes I received and I discovered through this process that many brokers will try to reel you in with what looks like a good deal, but will result in many hidden fees that pop up before close. Once realizing this, it was an easy decision to work with The Huntington Group, as these days it's hard to find honest and transparent professionals. Throughout the whole process, Abdo was extremely communicative, working around my hours, to explain all the process, as well as all of the documents I was signing. He made the process so seamless and we ended up closing right on my birthday, only 3 weeks(!!!) after our initial contact. Abdo was so personable and even sent me a gift to celebrate (too sweet)! I will now be saving nearly $5k per year on interest, which in and of itself is the greatest gift! If you are in the market to refinance, I highly encourage you to connect with Abdo and the Huntington Group! read more

This review is for Jack Holwahjian at the Huntington Group. We cannot recommend Jack more highly! He was able to quickly close and easily navigate the entire home-buying process for my wife and I. Contacted jack looking for an fha condo. He is completely incompetent. This is our second refi working with Chasity Lousteau at Huntington Group and it was even smoother than the first. Chasity and her team are absolutely awesome at structuring the best deal then following through on every detail every step of the way. I did a new loan though Huntington Group. Jack and his team went above and beyond to get the job done. I appreciate all the hard work and effort they put in. The care they give their clients is one of many reasons that I refer my clients to Huntington Group. The entire team at Huntington Group helped me have a pleasant first time home buying experience! I had heard many horror stories from friends about how stressful and tedious their home buying experiences were, but Jack, Abdo, and Heather ensured that everything went smoothly for me. Home buying can be scary and overwhelming. Jack H and the Huntington Group took away the pain and fear from my first home purchase. I really learned the value of having a knowledgeable and experienced agent. My condo was in escrow 4 times before my offer due to a seller's issue, and if it wasn't for Jack's smarts and experience, I would have missed out on my new home. He thought outside of the box to get my loan approved and I moved in right on time. The fact that the Huntington Group buys and sells homes AND can do your mortgage loan makes it that much easier to pick them to represent you (keep it under one roof, get a better deal, less communication errors). The team are a fair group of agents who make sure you get the most for your money and will help you save any way they can. Thank you Jack and the Huntington Group! read more

Jack is one of the most trustworthy agents I have met and had the pleasure of dealing with. Buying a new home is stressful, but Jack went above & beyond to give us the complete run down and what to expect. We saw dozens of houses before we fell in love with our current home. When the listing came up, Jack had it added to our go-see list immediately. His team also works around the clock to make sure all your paperwork in in order. Being in my mid-20's I did not know what to expect, I contacted Jack prior to wanting to purchase a house to make sure I had all that was needed. He gave me a rundown of what to expect from the loan companies and what they will be asking for. No matter your age, Jack will get you on the right track so you don't lose the house when you find the one! These Banks are killer when it comes to securing loans, especially with average credit, but Jack made it work and guaranteed securing our house. I have never seen His methods of offering on the house, but his long years of experience helped us secure the house in what could have been a very detrimental bidding war if we used someone else. Jack has helped other friends and family Members with refinances as well. We have met some greedy people in this industry, but Jack & his team are far from It. Do not have any worries when it comes to using Jack for your new life accomplishment. He will make the process a breeze for you like he did for us. read more

Jack and I spoke for days trough email and phone calls, I told him that I was busy at first with school finals and told him to get back to me couple of weeks later, and that's exactly what he did. He helped me find what i was exactly looking for, no headache, and no wasting any time. I wanted the property, he made sure to make it happen for me and buy my first property. Now, i am the owner of my first property thanks to Jack and Huntington Group!!! I highly recommend Jack to anyone who is looking to purchase a property!!!!! THANKS AGAIN JACK! read more
