I used Seth at Full Circle for a quad I purchased in January of 2020. His communication is unparalleled and his team made the process seamless. He was able to do it with 20% down owner-occupied financing. Only one other lender could (it was a local credit union) do it with less than 25% down and the other lenders rates were not as good as Seth. Fast forward to January 2021. I'm purchasing a single family home with an ADU. My agent requested I use his preferred lender (as all agents do!). I gave Seth, my agents preferred lender, and a 3rd high volume "YouTube" broker all an opportunity for this loan.
