Title: My then-fiancé and I told Bobbie multiple times that we were getting married soon. He submitted an offer on a home, which was accepted, and since we weren't yet married, he was initially the only name on the title. We married two weeks before closing. Rather than take the basic administrative step of updating the loan paperwork, Bobbie pressured me to sign a form stating I had "no interest in the property," simply to avoid a few days' delay. This raised serious alarm bells for us. When my spouse called our lender and the title company directly, they confirmed this wasn't a real obstacle and could be resolved immediately; making it clear Bobbie had pushed the easier path for her over the correct one for us. Closing day walkthrough: Bobbie, based in SoCal, flew up for the final walkthrough and key handoff, and had planned a celebratory dinner. My spouse works long hours and could only make the dinner. Bobbie insisted my spouse attend anyway and wanted to take photos of us at the house. I'm a private person and simply asked that any photos not be posted on social media, a reasonable boundary. After that, the tone shifted noticeably. On closing day, instead of engaging with me as co-owner and spouse, Bobbie conducted the entire walkthrough and handover conversation with my mother-in-law, speaking exclusively in Spanish, a language I don't speak. I was effectively shut out of the final conversation about my own home, and it left me feeling isolated and uncomfortable. Missed credit: When we submitted our offer, we explicitly requested a $5,000 credit for termite and leak repairs. Bobbie failed to include it in the paperwork. When we brought this to her attention with proof, she offered no apology and no accountability, simply saying she'd tell the sellers it was "a misunderstanding on our side." Not wanting to jeopardize the deal, we absorbed the cost ourselves rather than risk conflict. Throughout the search, she also repeatedly pushed us to overpay on asking prices. If you're a wife, co-buyer, or primary buyer, take this as a warning and consider another agent. You may be treated as an afterthought, your legal standing as a scheduling inconvenience, and you may be excluded from communications that directly affect your own property. Look elsewhere for representation that treats you as a full party to the transaction.

I'm a senior citizen, initially the verbal and text messages stated to move out by August 30, 2023. The harassment began via text, phone calls, showing up at my residence. I notified the broker of Excellence Real Estate broker Mike Oyoque and Christina Corea, the owner of Excellence Real Estate via email, that I was being harassed by their employee and provided proof of the harassment. Mike responded "we don't have anything to do with this. (See attached email) as a result of no corrective actions, I have contacted the housing authority. According to the Los Angeles County Consumer and Business affairs Housing and Tenant Protection: Tenants who live in rental units located in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County and subject to the County's Rent Stabilization and Tenant Protections Ordinance (RSTPO) qualify for relocation assistance. Currently their office has been contacted by the Los Angeles County Consumer and Business Affairs department. Arthur didn't serve the notice properly and the house was never registered with the LA County, the documents were not completed correctly. Violation 1 failure to state number of bedrooms in house Written notice, to pay or quit Violation 2 failure to provide sufficient notice on the tenant to the department. Violation 3 failure to register a dwelling unit.
