I called them last month about buying us out they weren't interested, today they called me twice urgently. So I returned Gabbys call. She asked me what we were listed for and I told her. She says honestly we'd come in at 40,000 for your house. Slightly over 30%. Why even call don't trust these people. What a insult. read more

Top Notch Team who gets the job done right from beginning to the end. In today's highly competitive housing market, we needed a lender than can make a difference. We could not have asked for anything more from NuHome. We worked very closely with Uri Dominguez who provided us with amazing customer service educating us throughout our initial engagement. He provided us with excellent rates and close to actual estimates. I can attest that one of the key differentiators in helping us land our offer was the ability to close escrow within 21 days. Uri once again was able to make this complicated process a breeze. Once our offer was accepted, we started working with Christina Silvers who is simply amazing. She is so detail and task oriented that has made the whole administrative process as smooth as can be. I highly recommend NuHome! They are the team that can help you achieve your goals just as they did for us. read more

The NuHome Team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jace walked me through the whole process, from the beginning stages when I first contacted him for information, to getting a preapproval, and then my actual loan approved. Christina was my transaction coordinator and she made the loan process smooth and easy, even for a first time home buyer like myself. They both stayed in clear contact with me the entire time, and communicated everything I needed to know about where we were in the process, so that I felt at ease with hitting all our timelines. My loan was approved in a week, which is amazing and such a relief compared to some of the other stories I've heard from other buyers. I highly recommend the NuHome Team to anyone looking for a lender for a home! read more

He was able to let us know what we were qualified for, what we needed to do so we can get our house. He broke everything down for us and answered any questions we had. Once we found our house we were introduced to Savanna and she was awesome! She was able to get the ball rolling and let us know what we needed to do and provided her will all documents needed. I can't be more grateful to have Justin Brown and his team at NuHome on my side for all of my mortgage loan needs. Justin has helped me in the past to refinance one of my properties twice over the past 8-10 years. More recently, I didn't think twice on calling Justin to help me with a new home loan to purchase my new primary residence in Hacienda Heights. His team truly do their best to make the process as seamless and easy as possible while answering your questions and addressing your concerns along the way in a professional and timely manner. A huge shoutout to Uri for always making himself available to answer questions and to Christina on getting the loan at the end over the finish line just in time to meet the close of a quick escrow. We worked with Jace throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was so great to work with and always made sure we were informed on what was going on with our case. If we had any concerns he made sure to call us right away. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me and my family. We also worked with a Christina for a little bit. I did not have the same experience with her as everyone else noted on these reviews. It was not the best. But I still appreciate her help for the time she did work with us. I give my rating of five stars because of Jace and all of his help. We are finally closing on our first home and we are thrilled! read more

I live in Glendora and wanted to work with someone local. I initially got in touch with Justin in 2019 and he assisted me in refinancing my mortgage from an HMO to a conventional mortgage. This lowered my interest rate, payment and removed PMI. I was ecstatic. Im 2021 I approached Justin again and worked with him and other members of his team, namely Uri and Christina. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. Professional manners and etiquette, timely in responses and delivered on exactly what they said they would. I was able to successfully refinance again, lower my interest rate and reduce the loan period from 30yr fixed rate to 15yr fixed. I've been very happy with Justin and his team and to be honest wouldn't go anywhere else now. I've recommended the NuHome Team to a couple of friends. Thanks guys read more

Justin and his team are always a pleasure to work with. They are prompt in their responses and always keep you informed throughout the loan process whether you are purchasing or refinancing. I have worked with this team on several occasions and plan on continuing to work with them in the future. Don't get fooled by brokers and lenders that are only in the business for their own personal interest. Justin and his team always have your best interest in mind and provide you with continuous care not only throughout your loan, but after closing as well. Christina has been our transaction coordinator for our last few loans and has always been very communicative regarding which step in the process we are at and made sure that we were provided with all documentation in a timely manner. Every single time we have been very satisfied with this group of professionals and truly believe that their customer service cannot be beat. Keep up the great work! For something as big as a mortgage loan or refinance, you need to make sure you do your research and I'm so glad that I did. I reached out to several loan officers and right away I knew I would get exceptional service from Justin's team. Justin provided a detailed video explaining the rates, process, and fees. During the refinance, Christina was communicative and easy to reach by email or phone. She goes above and beyond to answer your questions and keep you informed on your loan. They were able to refinance my loan in less than a month!!! (Yes, I'm yelling, because its COVID; everyone's trying to refinance and I don't know a single person who closed on-time. I have friends who are still waiting to close and it's been two months!!) So thank you Justin and Christina for making my first refi experience quick and easy. I appreciate it. read more

For a first time home buyer, one of the most important, but often overlooked, aspects is a lender you can depend on to explain things to you and guide you through the daunting process of purchasing a home. Justin and Christina were exactly that. Because this is potentially the biggest purchase my wife and I will ever make, we had so many questions and worries going into and through the process. Justin and Christina not only provided answers, they eased our minds. Again, this quality is invaluable in a lender. Their accessiblity is also another huge plus. No matter the time, they were always an email, call, or text away. In addition to their great customer service, they were everything else you'd want in a lender. They were detailed in what they needed. They kept us updated on the status of the loan. They were prompt in their responses. If something was wrong, they explained what we needed to do and any other options. Having said all this, my wife, son, dog, and I are loving our new house that we OWN! Needless to say, Justin and his team played a huge part in this, and we couldn't have had a better experience. read more

Craaccckkkkk!!!!! Justin Brown and his team knocked it out of the park with my last home purchase. Justin was super responsive and informative at the beginning of the process. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every part of the process. Once things started moving, Christina Silvers took over and was a superstar!! She is one of the most hardworking and nicest people I've ever worked with. She was unexpectedly responsive after hours and made sure all my fears were alleviated (I had a tricky contingent sale with a tight timeline). Thank you!!! A++ crew!!! read more

We were introduced to Justin Brown and his team during our first-ever home purchase back in 2019. We loved working with him and his team so much that we are working with them on our second home purchase now in 2022. Justin and his team (most of our interactions revolved around Christina S. and Uri D.) are high performers. They are quick, efficient, organized, and to the point. Uri has consistently been kind enough to answer my questions (texts of emails) even outside of standard working hours. We are working with them on a 18-day close timeline for our next property - which is REALLY quick! This gave us an strong advantage on that offer and definitely put us above the rest since the seller was looking for a quick close. You won't go wrong with choosing to work with Justin Brown and his team. I've reached out to 2-3 other lenders and their team's standards for communication are far above the rest. Also, they use GIFs in their emails, which make me laugh :). read more

The NuHome Team - Personalized box filled with delicious cookies. - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - La Verne, California

I don't normally leave reviews but The NuHome Team is nothing short of amazing! I first worked with then 4 years ago and Justin took care of me. From walking me through the process, to following up as we progressed through the home buying process. He even monitored the interest rate and when he noticed the rates dropped prior to closing and our rate was already locked, he re-locked us in at the lower rate. Fast forward to today. Justin has grown the NuHome Team and this time I had the pleasure of working with Jace Drey and Savanna Damato. Jace jumped right in after one of the largest mortgage companies threw a wrench in the mix a week and a half prior to our closing date. We called up Jace with the NuHome Team and he hit the ground running. He took his time to fully understand the situation and got to work pushing to get the loan closed and funded by our original closing date. Savanna took the reins to wrap things up and she is an absolute rockstar! She kept us in the loop on what was going on and kept the process moving smoothly up to closing. Keep up the great work Justin, Jace, Savanna and the rest of the NuHome Team! You guys really know how to do things right! You have a customer for life. read more
