Herb and his team seemed great at first, they were very helpful and seemed to be a great fit. Slowly they began showing up late to every appointment, missing deadlines on filing paperwork, not returning calls or texts. Buying a home is stressful so if you want an agent who's helping you every step of the way this isn't your guy. The excuses ranged from car accidents to personal/family relationship issues. When we found our home and trusted herbs expert inspector Brian who turned out to be nothing but a fraud, the man missed everything that was wrong with our house. Gas line issues, plumbing, GFI electrical issues. After moving in we are looking at thousands of dollars in repairs all because it was missed. We trusted herbs recommendations and we are paying royally! He also recommended purchasing a home warranty through American Home Shield who he raved about. It's been a living nightmare working with him and this company. Herb attempting to rectify the situation met with us in his office to try to attempt in finding a solution to what we are dealing with, once he realized the nature of the issues and realizing his responsibility and that he could face legal ramifications he completely ghosted us not returning calls or texts. We contacted the office and received text messages from Herb letting us know that we had only "marginally" qualified to get into our home so we should just count our lucky stars. Take our hard learned lesson and work with an office that will be professional and appreciate your business! Not so much as even a thank you note for using them to buy our home.
