This review is long overdue, but I'd like to say that James Han Lee helped me step by step through the house buying process and made things so much easier for me. Since it was my first time as a home buyer, I appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and let me know what all my options were. He is very friendly, professional, and I felt he acted in my best interests. read more

Everyone always says they have the best specialist. Whether it's a dentist, doctor, contractor, or realtor. But I can confidently say without a doubt Thomas Atamian is the best realtor in the business. We were recommended by him through a mutual family. Thomas & his team represented our family during the COVID era. This was the worst possible time for a buyer. We witnessed buyers removing all contingencies and bidding anywhere from $200K to almost a million over the asking price. On top of competing with 20 or 30 other offers, an already above asking price, and full cash offers. The experience was frustrating and could've been worse if it wasn't for Thomas & his team. During this 2 year journey to seek the perfect house, Thomas and his team patiently worked with us. At no time during the 2 years, did Thomas ever pressure us to purchase a house or give us advice that wasn't beneficial to our family. We made several offers during the 2 years and Thomas was always available to give us his opinion. He advised us on the best offer prices, months to buy, and whether he believed the investment was worth it. A great many of these offers that we backed out are now suffering because they overbid to an already overpriced house. The advice he gives comes from a realtor with almost 20 years of experience. The number of questions that Thomas answered and guided us through was nothing short of supernatural. They should give Thomas a gameshow called "Stump the Realtor" because he wouldn't lose. There is nothing this man doesn't know in this industry. He even predicted when we would most likely buy the house because he knows the climate of the business. I thought Miss Cleo and Nostradamus could only do that. Our family were all searching for different aspects of the house. I wanted a pool, one of my family members wanted a view, and another wanted a large garden and a basketball court. Our requests were nearly impossible and at times we believed we would need to comprise, but Thomas never criticized and patiently got us everything we asked. Again, I'm not joking, he fulfilled the wishes of 5 different people who had all different needs. Besides a blue magic genie, Thomas and his team were able to accomplish this. Lastly, I want to not only stress that Thomas is the best realtor and an incredibly kind person. But he has an equally amazing and talented team of people: Dave and Sabina. They were supportive, hard-working, and knowledgeable as Thomas. Without them, we would be in an overpriced house or would've settled for something less than what we truly desired. I could honestly write that we have best the realtor. I'll recommend him to all future friends, family members, and random strangers who need their dream house. Don't waste your time searching, choose Thomas Ataiman + Associates, and you'll never have any regrets. read more

Thomas and his team (Sabina!) were absolutely amazing with my home purchase. As this was my first home, I am extremely grateful for the guidance and support Thomas provided while I moved through this process. His service is top tier and he even went so far as to help set me up with a lender to ensure I could get an amazing rate on my mortgage and close quickly. He was there for every step of the process and used his contacts to ensure I had a smooth escrow (including meeting inspectors, negotiating right to repairs, and setting up private showings). He is truly the best of the best! I am so grateful for his expertise, kindness, attention to detail, and knowledge in the space. I absolutely could not have done my home search without him and will always be thankful! read more

Thomas and Sabina were a delight to work with. Moving to LA from Canada was a daunting task and both of them helped ease our anxiety and deal with many of the issues we faced being new to the city. From being available to chat at any time, to prompt responses to e-mails, to answering to our many many questions, they made the process smooth. The advice and guidance on all things real estate and also things unrelated allowed us to focus on the many other issues we faced. I have no doubt the process would have gone a different way had we not had the good fortune to work with Thomas and Sabina. I have no hesitation recommending them both and look forward to working with them on our next house purchase. read more

As first time home buyers it's easy to get overwhelmed by the process, but Thomas made it so easy and stress-free. We are so grateful our friends referred us to him. We couldn't be happier with our new home which we found and closed on in record time. Thomas was always there for us whenever we had any questions or concerns and helped us find the perfect home for us. It was a pleasure working with him and his assistant Sabina. Looking forward to working with them again in the future! read more

Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Atamian to find an income producing commercial property. My husband recently retired from the commercial real estate industry, so our requirements were very specific and expectations were quite high. But, within a few weeks (and with a lot of patience and hard work on Thomas's part), we were able to find the perfect shopping center in Sonoma county. Not only did the property fit within our price range, it also came with a great 7.5 % CAP. The kind of investment property that is very hard to find in this current real estate market. Thomas flew up to Sonoma with us to meet the sellers and check out the property first hand and when we decided to go forward with the purchase, he made sure the closing process went smoothly from beginning to end. In my opinion, Thomas is the quintessential real estate broker and epitomizes what every individual looking to successfully buy (or sell) a new home or property should seek out in an agent. He runs his business with integrity and passion and an excitement that definitely shines through in his work. I strongly recommend him to anyone that is in need of an honest, hard working and reliable real estate agent. Thank you, Thomas and The Estate Partners Group! read more

I highly recommend Jean-Baptiste Rugiero ! He did a great job about finding me a house . He's respectful, very professional, takes high care about your needs and willings and made extensive research to help us find the right house that would gather all our criteria. Even thou that was a rental!! He's been recommended to me by the French expat community in LA but that was worth it and I'll work again with him for my future housing needs! read more

Thomas and his team were amazing to work with! As first time homebuyers, my fiance and I had many questions about the process and they were there every step of the way to make sure that our purchase went as smooth as possible. Thomas and Sabina are extremely knowledgeable and advised us from the very beginning to the end of the process. Without them, I am not sure how we could have found our home. One thing I appreciated is I knew from the get go that he only had our best interests at mind. I truly felt like we were their #1 priority as we went through the process. I would definitely work with him and his team again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone going through the home buying process. read more

The Estate Partners, were a wonderful group to work with!! Thomas Atamian and Gia Ngo were our primary contacts and real estate agents who worked with us to find our perfect home! We met Gia at an open house and like many other agents, asked us to sign in and see if we were interested in them being our agents. Sure, why not, i've already signed up with 5 other agents. Typically, the other agents just sent us generic spam mail about new houses and properties. But Gia and Thomas went above and beyond and actually made it more personable. They called us to ask what we were looking for, what our price budget was, and actually seemed interested in helping out. Over the next 6 months or so, Thomas and Gia helped setup a profile and partner portal for us to view various houses online. Whichever houses we were interested in, they setup private appointments to review the lots. Overall we must've viewed a thousand houses online, and close to 100 in person. With each and every one of our appointments, Thomas and Gia showed up personally to give us the tour. They were honest about the houses, the costs, the areas, and provided us with their input. Being first time buyers, we definitely appreciated their input as we didn't know much about the real estate business. They didn't try to sell us the first house we saw, but they were patient, understanding, and wanted us to select the right house. Several times we were prepared to bid on a house, but after receiving their input, it persuaded us to pass on it. They said we could find a better house for the price and area. This truly made us believe we had selected the right agents, as they weren't just trying to "close a deal." Instead of being our "real estate agents" they became our friends and provided us with their expertise and opinions! House hunting and finding the perfect home is stressful! It's difficult to select the right one, but i'm happy we had Thomas and Gia to help us along the way. I'm happy to say that after 6 months of searching, we found our perfect home thanks to the Estate Partners!!! If you're looking for a real estate agent, we definitely recommend them!!! read more

My son received the PFAR scholarship and during the ceremony we had the opportunity to meet Thomas Atamian. Thomas was very friendly and down to earth. My husband is a general contractor and is always looking for fixer uppers. Thomas got to work right away and within a few weeks of meeting him, he had already found us what we were looking for. There was multiple offers on the property that we wanted to purchase, but thanks to Thomas our offer was accepted. He was very professional during the whole transaction. Thomas doesn't joke around when it comes down to business. Aside from business, we also built a relationship with Thomas and became very close with him. We now consider him part of our family. We HIGHLY recommend Thomas! Thanks Thomas! read more

We recently worked with Thomas Atamian on our first home purchase. He was recommended through a close friend of ours and to summarize quickly, we could not have been happier. When we first met Thomas it was quickly established he had a wealth of experience and excellent communication skills. After months of working with him, my experience was that Thomas always quickly answered all our numerous questions and provided great advice. He also made himself available to see the houses we were interested in. Finally escrow is always an interesting experience. We had many bumps with the sellers realtor, but Thomas was able to address the issues quickly. I cannot emphasize enough the value that Thomas brought during this phase of the purchase. To anyone looking for a realtor, I would recommend you at least meet Thomas and ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable. He is a great professional and I will definitely choose to work with Thomas again on future purchases. read more

We have known Thomas for 4 years and have watched him sell our neighborhood. So he was our natural first choice when we decided to sell our home. He is professional and made the entire experience of selling our home as easy as it can be. He uses the most up-to-date marketing tools to get your home exposure in all the right places very quickly. He and his support team are very reliable and willing to go the extra mile. Even the escrow company he suggested was so accommodating. We would highly suggest using Thomas and his team - they are great! read more

Hands down THE BEST in the business. Talk about being detail oriented, professional and patient. Recently my husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Thomas Atamian and the Estate Partners Team. Buying a house comes with a whole bunch of frustrations and stress, but it was fantastic to have Thomas as our guide and quarterback. We could not have made it through the process without him. Thomas helped us find our dream house. The dream house ended up not being in the area that we originally thought it would be. After coming up disappointed weekend after weekend, Thomas educated us on other neighborhoods that could offer us a similar feel and even more house. He knew exactly what we were looking for (and for my husband and I, that wasn't always the same thing). He helped us find something that was reasonably priced for our budget and had all of our collective wants (including the little things like the exact set up of kitchen I wanted). What I appreciate most about the Estate Partners is that they will work so hard for you (and it's clear the other reviews reflect this as well). We'd often look at houses late on Sunday and to be competitive we'd want the offer to go in over the weekend. I can't tell you how many times Thomas was drafting paperwork for us after hours-- or responding to our emails at 6am in the morning to make sure we had the answers we needed. He made us feel comfortable, gave advice when we wanted it, and had no agenda besides our agenda, which was great. Very professional. Thomas was also great it setting reasonable expectations. Yes there were other houses that we bid on and did not get, but it didn't matter because we got the right house. Beyond the great service, Thomas is also a very skilled deal maker. Looking back on the process he made a lot of great suggestions that ended up saving us loads of money on the house. Now we're in and it's the perfect dream house and buying the house was a great experience. And Thomas continues to follow up to see if we need anything-- again best service ever. Thank you Thomas and the Estate Partners! We'll be clients for a very long time to come! read more

We worked with Thomas Atamian as our realtor for a recent purchase. He is a shining example of professionalism. He is thoughtful, thorough, and very hard working. Always available at almost any time of day or night to usher us through the entire process. We were pretty tough clients to deal with, but Thomas had the patience of a saint. We highly recommend Thomas for any real estate needs. He has a tremendous amount of experience and his contacts are far reaching. After the transaction, he is still available to recommend contractors, painters, and general handymen to us. A truly honest, generous, and passionate person. I have bought and sold quite a bit of real estate, but have never had a better broker than Thomas Atamian. He is a genuinely good human being who cares about the people he works for. *He is the first broker that ever asked me if I needed help with moving. He offered to come over on a Saturday to help. *He found a short term tenant for a house I own, while I was selling my main residence. He waived his commission on this. *He hired professionals to measure and map my house, a drone to shoot footage for a video, an interior stager and exterior stager to give me advice, a harpist to play at the open house, and even had Portos pastry and coffee at the open houses. *He sold my house in 45 days for the highest price in Glendale since 2008. *Thomas got my house into the LA Times weekend section on best houses in LA. Just an amazing job! PS I have written only a handful of reviews, and was compelled to write this because of his professionalism and results. Jacqueline Wickser read more

Thomas provided my family with superb, professional, and personalized service when we sold our house and purchased a new home. We began preliminary conversations more than a year in advance. The house required substantial renovation to get it ready for sale, and Thomas' wise advice about where to spend on repairs was very helpful. He also lined up potential contractors and guided the way through a months-long process leading up to the staging, open houses, and a quick turnaround sale at an excellent price. Several difficult issues came up during escrow, and Thomas handled them flawlessly. He was equally helpful in our search to buy. He was attentive and patient, and we landed in a place we love. Thomas' staff was also amazing. I strongly recommend Thomas without any reservations. read more

We worked Gia and Thomas to purchase a home La Crescenta. They were always very responsive and worked hard to find us what we wanted. Their expertise and assistance was particularly apparent when actually found the house and entered the purchasing phase of the home. They were skilled in negotiation and helped us win a bid with two offers. After the initial offer, there were some issues with the inspection. They helped us deal with a difficult negotiation with the seller to get some money back due to issues with the house. I highly recommend them as a buyer's agent. read more

Thomas Atamian and the Estate Partners are absolutely the best real estate agents you can possibly find in the area!! My now wife and I had been looking for a house in the La Canada area for about 6 months so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. At an open house one Sunday, we realized we had found what we were looking for, but the sellers agent said they already had 2 good offers they were going to review on Monday. I called Thomas at 5PM on Sunday evening and without hesitation he went right to work, calling the sellers agent, giving us advise on what a good offer would be, how to present our offer, and so on. We were 1st time buyers, and his wealth of knowledge and advise really helped us through the whole process. I won't give away his secrets, but let me just say on Monday afternoon Thomas called us and said the sellers have agreed to only work with us on a deal, and were putting the other offers to the side. No joke Thomas is a miracle worker!! By that Friday, thanks to Thomas' advise and knowledge we got the exact deal we wanted and now own our first home. Through the whole process, Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions, morning, noon, and night. I can still remember my wife asking me, "Does Thomas ever sleep?" We are incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and care, Thomas put into making sure our first home buying experience was easy and exciting (as it should be). I have recommended Thomas to my friends, family, and coworkers, and now I am recommending him to YOU! If you want someone to work tirelessly for you to make your home buying experience as great as mine was, look no further than Thomas Atamian and The Estate Partners!! read more

Where to start? This was our first home purchase, and no other agent could have made this experience any better. Greg Z. is one of the most honest people I've met, and I trusted him every step of the way. He was very patient with us (I think any other agent would have given up after the 20th house). We looked at close to 50 houses, the reason being is that my grandpa is handicap, so the house's layout had to be a certain way. He found the perfect house for us after months and months of looking. Even the escrow process was very smooth, with absolutely no issues. He helped us complete all the paperwork in a timely manner and made sure that everything was taken care of. If you're looking for an honest agent (that doesn't lie to you just to make a sale), then you need to talk to Greg. This guy will make your home buying experience like no other! Thanks Greg! read more

Thomas Atamian of The Estate Partners made selling our house such a great experience. It was a really emotional process for us but everything went off without a hitch due to Thomas' expertise, professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. He knew the area so well and was easily able to identify the people who were seriously interested verses just looking which was a big help. I would absolutely recommend Thomas to any family members or friends who are looking to buy or sell a house. Latha Risso helped us buy our first house and then helped us sell our condo. When we first thought about buying a house, we didn't think we could do it. Latha showed us that we could. She is a true professional, knows the real estate business, and gets things done. Latha guided us through every step of the process. She was always available to answer any question we had promptly and was extremely helpful with every little detail. When we sold our condo with Latha, she guided us through the staging process, helped us get it ready to sell, and ran our open houses. We ended up with many offers including all cash offers and ended up getting well above asking price and even above appraisal. We couldn't recommend her more to anyone looking to buy or sell. We are so grateful for Latha's help in making our dream come true. read more
