Best in the business. Angelo and his team are phenomenal. It only took 5-6 weeks from meeting Angelo to closing! Looking back on it, I had very minimal stress going through the home buying process, and that's all thanks to Angelo. He took care of us from day one to closing. Best Agent Ever! I hired Angelo and his team to sell my mother's home after 55 years. Letting go of my childhood home was an incredibly emotional experience, and Angelo was supportive and compassionate every step of the way. I was managing the sale from out of state, while my elderly mom was still in California, and he did a phenomenal job communicating with both of us--keeping us informed, involved, and reassured throughout. Angelo and his team at Compass were outstanding to work with. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and his recommendations were always honest and thoughtful. We felt confident in every decision, thanks to his deep knowledge of the market and seamless handling of the entire transaction. We started working with Angelo and his real estate partner, Angela Acuff, in January of 2020. They are a dream team. As transplants from NYC, this was our first home buying experience and we had no clue how to navigate the complicated world of real estate. Angelo and Angela had our backs every step of the way. They are professional, patient, kind, and always available. Not knowing LA too well, we were all over the map with where we looked and they bounced around with us without hesitation. They knew what to look for and always treated us with complete respect by being very honest, never rushing us, and understanding who we are and what we wanted. The depth of their real estate knowledge is immense. In the end, we bought a 1924 Spanish style home in the hills of Highland Park. We are ecstatic about being home owners and beyond thankful to have worked with Angelo and Angela. They have become an important duo in our lives. I would never recommend anyone other than them because they will support you 100% from beginning to end. A++! The best!! Our favorites! read more

Angelo sold our Beverly Hills home and we would hire him again in a minute. He's friendly, incredibly responsive, proactive, savvy with great counsel ... and his team (Christina especially ... was awesome). Have every confidence he will help you do everything in your best interest and enjoy your conversations with him at the same time. He is level headed, knows when to let a nervous seller vent (thanks Angelo) and was a great negotiator for us. You call me if you need a verbal reference. Larry read more

Angelo and his team could not have been more helpful or key to the success of selling our condo unit amidst these tumultuous times. As a result of the Coronavirus, we were unable to physically be present for the prepping of our Condo to put on the market and had to rely on Angelo to get the job done. Angelo oversaw the cleaning, staging and showings of the unit, while adapting to the changing landscape of Covid safety protocols for Real Estate. We often joked that Angelo secretly must have a super-hero cape somewhere with how quickly he was able to solve problems for us at a moment's notice. Our unit sold very quickly at a high price, even with all the upheaval, which is a testament to Angelo's experience, knowledge and steady hand. In hiring Angelo you don't just get an Agent, you get a dedicated partner in the process. What more could you ask for? Thank You Angelo! read more

Based on my experience having Angelo Fierro as my real estate agent--knowing how wonderful he was to work with, how professionally he managed the process, and how effective he was in making me feel my property was his top priority--I believe if you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Los Angeles you cannot make a better choice than Angelo. His vast knowledge of the LA real estate landscape and his passion for delivering personalized service is unparalleled. More importantly, he holds himself to the highest of ethical standards while always looking out for his client's best interests. My decision to sell my family home was a difficult one and Angelo provided guidance, patience, and support throughout the process. He took full advantage of his extensive network and of all technology & social media tools available to market my property, which resulted in an immediate sale with multiple offers. When I decided to list my home, Angelo happened to be leaving the next day for a family holiday in Italy. This did not prevent him from keeping in constant communication with me at any hour of the day or night. Angelo and his team looked after every detail and he never missed a beat while he was away. Grazie! In short, Angelo's dedication and work ethic is above and beyond. read more

Angelo and his team were elite in every aspect of our home buying experience. He and his team listened to our wants and needs and reactively positively with sage advice in every topic of the experience. Angelo was entertaining, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our questions and anxieties. He was also very patient when teaching us about the housing market. The team was always on-time during the search process and they knew exactly what to look for in assessing a property. Angelo's paperwork process was extremely thorough and spot-on in terms of expediency and attention to detail. Upon finding the home that fit is, we were both elated and sad as we knew this meant interaction with him and his team had drawn to a close. The experience was professional and pleasurable. If we are to be so fortunate in the future and can and can buy another home, we'd absolutely have Angelo lead the way. read more

Angelo Fierro and Kyle Blevins were truly phenomenal when they represented my family in the purchase of a home and subsequent sale of our prior home. First, they helped us negotiate a terrific price on our new home. They were communicative and honest throughout the process. They advised us to make a video of our family to send to the sellers with our offer, and we later found out that the sellers were considering taking their home off the market, but that video is what convinced them to make the sale to us. Angelo and Kyle were aggressive in asking for closing credits (a substantial amount of which we received), yet negotiated in a way that did not make the transaction acrimonious. When they helped us sell our home, they made great efforts to publicize it and get potential buyers in the door. Open houses were extremely well attended. We were in escrow within a month and the transaction closed within two months--an amazing feat considering we put the house up for sale in the middle of December. I would recommend Angelo and Kyle to anyone looking for hard-working, honest and dedicated realtors! read more

Angelo came highly recommend through my sister in law. When I saw how he handled a difficult escrow for her, I knew he was the right man for the job. Not once did my husband and I ever feel like we weren't in good hands. Angelo works hard to make it all happen. Once we opened escrow, I never once felt like he wasn't on our team just to get our home to close. He fought hard for us every step of the way. We can't recommend Angelo enough! read more

I cannot thank Angelo enough for all his work throughout my first time buying a home. I had assumed it would be stressful, but Angelo and his team held my hand through every step of the process. I felt very protected the entire time, Angelo had my back and I was incredibly happy with my purchase. My husband and I are beyond fortunate to have been connected with Angelo Fierro at the John Aaroe Group for our recent move from Venice to Toluca Lake (April 2017). Having the opportunity to work with him has been a truly special experience. Angelo's depth of understanding of the Los Angeles area coupled with his enthusiasm and efforts to accommodate all of our specific needs made the transition smoother and a lot less stressful than we could have imagined. His professionalism, advice, honesty, and work ethic are much respected and appreciated, and his positivity, kindness, and humor were never lacking. He was always available to answer our questions, but we thankfully were able to keep them to a minimum, since he thought of them ahead of us most of the time! Searching, negotiating, finalizing the detailed paperwork -- we felt heard, understood, and protected every step of the way. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Angelo and his team. Angelo Fierro and his team are top notch. We used Angelo to represent us on the sale of our home in Encino and he truly handled the process as if he was selling his own house. At no point did we feel Angelo put his own financial interest above our best interest and represented us fairly and professionally throughout the process. Angleo was an ace in negotiations when we needed him to be, but also professional, approachable and cooperative with the buyers side to ensure that the experience stayed amicable for all parties involved. If you want an agent who will treat your family like his own, give you honest advice and get you top dollar--Angelo is your guy! read more

Angelo, Kyle and Christina are outstanding and we can't thank them enough for helping us purchase our home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and needed a lot of hand holding. We were extremely overwhelmed and completely lost in the process before we met him. Once we connected, Angelo and his team gave us direction and were always there for us. They worked hard and had our best interest at heart every step of the way, especially during escrow and even after our close. They are highly skilled at what they do and understand the LA market very well. The entire team goes above and beyond because they love what they do. We were treated with kindness, respect and learned so much about the market and process throughout our experience. They made it interesting and a success for us. Angelo is also a killer negotiator. We wouldn't be in our home if it wasn't for him. read more

Angelo is the epitome of an exceptional real estate agent. We were in a rush to find a home to rent in an incredibly difficult market. We spent weeks with Angelo looking at properties and were unable to find the perfect place. During the holidays, we found a listing and forwarded it to Angelo. He ran by it that morning and relayed the details we needed to make a decision. Even though there were fifteen other applicants that first day it was listed, he worked tirelessly to ensure we got the rental. Two weeks later we moved in. Without Angelo's sense of urgency, responsiveness and excellent grasp of our needs, I doubt we would have made it to LA in time. Since we moved in, Angelo has provided us with countless recommendations on area restaurants, preschools for our son, and other referrals that have made the move seamless. He provides the whole package, and beyond. Our home has had a significant amount of issues, including flooding, and Angelo has been a huge help getting our issues resolved as easily as possible. It really isn't his responsibility after a tenant moves into a rental to assist with repairs and maintenance issues but that is Angelo's level of commitment. He wouldn't have it any other way. He sincerely wants to find the right home for his clients and ensure they are truly happy. I will refer him to every friend I know who ever asks for help moving to the LA area. read more

We wanted to send a quick letter of thanks to Angelo Fierro and the rest of the team at Pacific Union. The purchase of our home was our first real estate transaction. As you can imagine, the process can be extremely daunting for a first time homebuyer in the current real estate market. From the first conversation with Angelo he knew the exact type of house we wanted and only reached out on very specific homes. Once we found that house we had limited knowledge of the next steps. Angelo was incredibly helpful in all phases of the home buying process and patient in answering every question we had. Throughout our initial review of the house and during the closing period Angelo was incredibly diligent pointing out areas of concern and focus. Once we finished inspections Angelo did a great job negotiating closing credits which was important to us. Beyond the incredible diligence, Angelo was also a lot of fun to work with. We enjoyed the time we spent with him and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone we know who is currently in the market. Angelo cares about his clients and we now consider him a friend. In fact even after closing Angelo has continued to check in with us which is a real testament to how much he cares about his clients. Thanks so much for all the help! read more
