In 19 years of business I have never had a more difficult escrow company to work with. Non-responsive, snarky, and at best unhelpful. A transaction dragged on for 30 days longer than it should have and the main reason was not a cloud on title or a land lease. It was the unwillingness of the parties and in this case a neutral 3rd party that refused to help our lender or myself to close this escrow for our buyer. Our clients are everything to us. Having no help whatsoever from escrow and always being passed back and forth between people and never getting anywhere didn't help. We were ready to jump through hoops. They were ready to let the deal fail. I would never personally do business with this escrow company again. I would warn clients as well. This is usually someone's personal residence and largest purchase. It should be handled with care and exemplary customer service. This was just sad. read more

A very sketchy company. Keep an eye on them. We started escrow weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. My agent states he gets emails at times but that's it. Kind gotta be careful if they can't even email you and introduce themselves like most escrow companies. I would not recommend them and honestly hope it goes well. read more

The property was subject to conflicting claims that required a civil action, a probate petition and a mediation to finally resolve. The opposing parties were frequently antagonistic, critical and impatient. The sale finally closed over a year after the escrow was open. This escrow company is the worst ever. They delayed our closing by 3 days due to their failure to communicate with buyers and sellers timely. It is their stance that it is not their job to reach out to the buyer or seller, but the buyer and seller to reach out to them for updates on the process. That would be fine, if they answered the phone. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. They overcharge and refunds are slow in coming. If you want a competent escrow service to guide you threw the process, this is not where you want to go. One escrow officer has 2 assistants and still didn't get things done timely! read more

They did their job...no more and no less. We asked for an earlier closing date but they exerted NO effort to make it happen.

Where do I start. Buying our first house. Used them because it was sellers choice. Everything ran smooth until we got to signing documents. Showed up for our appointment and she had the wrong house/customer paperwork. It kept getting worse. She got ours and it was asking me to put down another 40k. I obviously was upset as I didn't agree to this. She goes back and says she made mistake. Ok, I'll give it to you clerical errors happen. Going through paperwork my real estate agent calls me because she noticed another error. They speak and again she has to go back and fix. Oh that's not the end she realizes she has wrong date and has to go back and fix again. I was nervous. After all this is a large purchase. Ok so then she tells me what amount to send to bank in morning. So I do it. I get a call she needs another 2k deposited. So of course I question as to why it's different than the amount on settlement statement. Guess...another error. By this time I'm upset because I can't leave work and I'm days from getting keys. They call me back they worked it out. Ok delayed another day with keys. Settlement statement says I'm getting back (guess how much) another 2k but now it won't go to me but principal reduction. Ok no problem but it's 8/7/19 and no check has ever been sent. Closing was June 26th. I've sent four emails requesting what is going on but no answer. Sent my last email tonight giving them a chance to tell me what is going on before I escalate higher. I'm not playing with these people. I'd say don't use them. It's a stressful process and they made it even more stressful. Talked to many people about this and they said there is no excuses for this. read more

I had this escrow during a Purchase Transaction closed Dec. 15, 2015. I was the Lender and I have been in business for over 22 years. I had a very bad experience. They sent escrow instructions with someone elses name on the instructions from a previous sale that fell out. Then they resent them with the name spelled wrong. The the Escrow Officers Notary explained to the buyers at signing that some of the documents did not have to be signed if they had already signed them. WTH! (The buyers text me and asked if that was right.) No I told them sign everything. Then that Notary who is also the Asst. to Escrow Officer called me and said the buyers were $2385.00 short to close but she really didnt know because the Escrow Officer went on Vacation and left her alot of work and she is behind. She recieved prior to funding conditions at 11:30 am and called me at 5:45pm that evening to talk to me. WTH! again why so late. Then on the day of closing. I sent Escrow Officer specific instructions( These same instruction are on the Lenders Instructions as well) Who to make check Payable to. I spelled out the name and I had it in Bold.
