Wow. Reviewing a loan company - that's an iffy one. Most people would just look at the 5 stars and think, "ok she got her loan," and be done with it. Full disclosure, yeah, we got the loan, but honestly, that's not why the 5 stars. The 5 stars are because Lara Locke busted her butt to make sure that we got over-the-top customer service. Her staff made mistakes. One mistake in particular was pretty serious. Lara stepped up and took responsibility. No excuses.
