Carli (the amazing community director!) was able to do a same-day walk-in tour and walked me through the various membership options and perks that came with each. I ended up opting for just a desk space since I didn't need much beyond a desk, speedy wifi, and phone booths for calls. The membership also comes with complimentary conference room bookings and printing, which is huge if you ever need it. The office itself is very well kept and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. Overall, the space exceeded my expectations, and I'm sad to be leaving -- but I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. The Management is Very approachable and responsive to your issues.( our refrigerator had a bad fan motor and we were quickly given a brand new replacement) The Neighbors are generally very friendly Although a bit of a walk, I can always find a parking space Washer and dryers are generally available with a handy App for funding and availability Exterior upkeep and maintenance is done daily ( with a good maintenance crew) Cons No washer and dryer in units ( we currently spend 120$ a month for 6 loads a week No dishwasher Construction ( currently piping project will require us to move out for several days ), our building 803 Magnolia is scheduled soon ( temporary housing will be paid by management) But Now the reason for 2 stars Roaches , yes unfortunately we are killing 1 about every two weeks ( we lived in a condo in west Corona for 3 years before moving here and didn't have a single roach) We keep our apartment clean and do not know where they are coming from ( I can only assume neighbors that hoard/ and or are not keeping their units clean?) Hopefully in the future this will be resolved Also when someone burns food on their stove there will be an extremely loud whole building alarm go off ( has happened twice since living here) And Smokers, this is supposed to be a non smoking community But the smokers who live here seem to try to sneak a cigarette periodically .My biggest fear is if someone falls asleep while smoking it then becomes a real fire

The management, Loretta, Gonzalo and Jasmine are fantastic! They always take the time to listen and work out the details of any situation that arises. The entire housekeeping and maintenance staff is amazing! The property is well kept, wish makes everything even better!
