Since I arrived at night, I couldn't tell whether there was additional parking in the back, but the initial lot is tight, only allowing about 3 or 4 cars. The architecture is unique, and the interior is all-white, quiet, and well-maintained. There is a pedestal sign at the entrance directing you to the rooms. While this is functional, a more modern or clearer directory better matches the building's contemporary vibe. We used a spacious room that featured frosted glass doors for privacy. It was equipped with several chairs, folding tables, and a TV with laptop connectivity--perfect for presentations or board meetings. There was even a countertop area for snacks and coffee. Overall, the space was clean and provided security (there are cameras in the rooms). I would rent here for a meeting, provided the small parking situation isn't an issue for a larger group.
