Going inside, it seemed nice enough and like it could be a could place to get work done; boy was I wrong!! The vending machine is constantly running, t.v.s playing with sound on, noise from people talking; this is not the place to get any work done!! Ended up going in only once, and couldn't even stay 20 mins with all of the different noises and distractions. Was told it's month to month and I would be able to cancel with no problem, now they keep charging me the $119 and say my contract is up until 2025. After my one day (20 mins), I never plan to go back (Library is 1000000 times better!) Avoid this business at all costs!!

They close their office without telling customers, and they do not apologize or explain anything,…read moreeven though they should. I couldn't pick up my mail and package (I only have mail service) and wasted my time since I drove to pick up mail to find them closed. I was upset, but they couldn't care less. Lacking customer service and simple courtesy, I recommend going somewhere else. They don't operate professionally and don't care whether they do or not. I asked the staff member in charge why they closed without notifications since it was a working day. I was expecting an apology, but she just stared without attempting to explain or apologize. I knew she would be stubborn and avoid apologizing, but I wanted her to show me how unprofessional and petty they can be, and she sure showed it. The behavior is unprofessional, to say the least, arrogant, and toxic. I cannot do business with a company that disregards the importance of customer service and courtesy to keep us in business. The manager, Sarah Lopez, has yet to reach out to explain. The manager was aware of the complaint, even though she had auto-replied that she was on vacation and unable to read emails. However, her staff told me that she was aware of the emails and did not try to fix the situation. Do you want to deal with this as we start a new year? I certainly do not. As a small business needing backup support, we cannot afford this attitude and lack of professionalism. I am reasonable, but they are not. They want you to accept their toxic behaviors and deal with it. If this is the kind of service you want and pay for, then take a risk with them. I closed the account.
