The behavior is unprofessional, to say the least, arrogant, and toxic. I cannot do business with a company that disregards the importance of customer service and courtesy to keep us in business. The manager, Sarah Lopez, has yet to reach out to explain. The manager was aware of the complaint, even though she had auto-replied that she was on vacation and unable to read emails. However, her staff told me that she was aware of the emails and did not try to fix the situation. Do you want to deal with this as we start a new year? I certainly do not. As a small business needing backup support, we cannot afford this attitude and lack of professionalism. I am reasonable, but they are not. They want you to accept their toxic behaviors and deal with it. If this is the kind of service you want and pay for, then take a risk with them. I closed the account.
