This is the best law office I've ever had! I was referred to them by a friend that had a…read morecomplicated and successful case. I first met Mitch which is very knowledgeable and we came up with detailed plan that couldn't fail. He knew all the details and rules for the visa and directed me on how to develop the business in way that will align with the immigrations laws. After the first meeting he connected me with Jenna Robinson, a lawyer at the Irvine office. She was great! Very responsive, she knew and gave me honest, accurate, and straight forward information which led to a successful case! Jenna was professional and responded very quickly. Her opinion and advices had tremendous effects on the successful case. They helped me also with finding corporate lawyer and business plan writers which all were great and professional. Probably the best you can get.

The Statue of Liberty famously displays the words "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled…read moremasses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore..." While these lines of this poem tell a lofty story about immigration and our country providing refuge, new opportunities and hope for immigrants, many law firms unfortunately do not truly embody these ideas or operate from a place of compassion, but rather are out to profit from the immigration process while using apathetic and/or overwhelmed employees to carry out their business goals. I can corroborate a lot of the one-star reviews. Unlike what some would want you to believe, Fragomen is not a beacon of light for immigrants. This company's primary purpose seems to be to push out applications for corporations at a high volume using the most cost effective methods possible. Naturally, if your business model is "petition assembly line," providing exemplary communication, care and customer service to each foreign national (even if many are anxious to hear answers about their fate) is probably not a high priority, or even a possibility. In order to remain "cost-effective," this office primarily employs young recent college graduates as staff members/case processors who generally have little experience in or knowledge of immigration law but are expected to handle high volumes. These millennials tend to do a lot of the legwork when it comes to handling applications, which explains the slow response rates, lack of competence, apathy, lack of professionalism, etc, you're reading about in the negative reviews. Not to mention due to what I'm assuming are management issues, turnover rate seems to be high so your case may change hands multiple times. I wouldn't recommend based on my personal experience and knowledge of their practices.
