Colab Space was the perfect venue for our baby shower of 80 people! Truly such a nice space- especially on a sunny CA day. Our guests were very impressed! We had about 15 children in attendance, so the outdoor space and games were perfect for them. We also had a taco guy serving up food on the back patio space and a bartender serving drinks from their festive pink bar. We added the coffee machine onto our package which was a huge hit as well. Jade is impeccably responsive and will answer any question- big or small, asap and with kindness! It was such an easy process to tour, book, and host. Highly recommend! We had plenty of room for the rehearsal portion then enough for 50 people to mingle and have dinner. We brought in catering using one of their recommended vendors. The booking process was easy, pricing was doable (and cheaper than going to a restaurant or hotel), and the staff (in person and via email) were so great to work with. So many cute photo-ops here! I just hosted my 40th birthday party here and the event space exceeded all my expectations! From my first email to inquire about the place to leaving the facility, everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and was very understandable when my event ran a little late and didn't make me feel rushed to finish. My only regret is that I didn't schedule enough time, I could have started earlier and ended earlier since people didn't want to leave. Next time. We recently held our last event here, a women's wellness event of about 80 guests and 20 vendors and speakers. This was our 7th event we have hosted and have used a lot of different venues. By and large this was the best venue we have ever worked with. The owner was very understanding and accommodating, as well as Katie who was the coordinator. What we liked best was that we didn't need to decorate and also the venue had everything we needed. The only thing we had to hire was audio visual because we needed more projection than what was provided and it worked out great. Parking was not an issue. read more

I always have the hardest time finding the right venue because I'm so particular. I came across Colab Space on peerspace and it stood out from all the rest. I was able to tour the same afternoon that I inquired and booked on the spot because it was so unique, vibrant and lively! It was the perfect venue for my husbands birthday and our surprise gender reveal. We hosted about 80-85 guests, had 3 caterers and a magician and it still felt very spacious. I loved the fact that I didn't have to decorate the space or rent tables and chairs. The place is already furnished and designed so beautifully. I appreciated all the aesthetics of the interior and exterior space. Loved all the greenery, pops of color, kitchen island and amenities and all the glass doors that open out to the terrace. The whole concept of the flex space is very neat. Tons of spacious parking right in the front making it easily accessible for all our guests. We felt like we had the building to ourselves. All the staff were so easy to work with. Jade, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating. You can tell she put her heart into this place and it shows. We recently hosted a meaningful celebration of life here. The guests very much enjoyed the space, which is lovely and unique looking. All the furnishings are modern and appealing, and as another reviewer mentioned, the bathrooms are impressively stocked with detailed extras. Staff was accommodating when we needed to come in and check the sound system a few times before our event. On the downside, if you are relying on audio, or visuals for your event, their system definitely needs improvement. Our needs were fairly basic, but we had to do a bit of extra leg work, as well as get an outside sound system. Doing a sound check before your event date is recommended. Although furnishings are lovely, some show signs of wear and tear in terms of staining. Luckily not many of the pieces had this. The outdoor area also needed to be wiped down by us, upon arrival. All in all, our event went very well, and the space was a lovely backdrop. read more

This remote office is legit! I was in Irvine for vacation and needed to get some work done. I paid 30$ per day for three days for all of the office amenities: 200Mbps WiFi, gourmet coffee, soda, phone room, dedicated desk, office chair, power outlets, ping pong table, fridge (where I kept my milk for 3 days), microwave (where I heat up my lunch). On Friday afternoon, they have happy hour with free boba ! They also let me stay until 5:30 pm everyday to finish my meeting. Before coming here, I visited BizHaus and FLDWRK down the street. Both of them are more expensive with far less amenities. 100% would recommend and come back every time I visit Irvine. read more

The area where the event I attended was held - did not have blinds on the large windows so when the sun was setting it was blinding the speakers, as well as the attendees and - crucially- the screen where the slides are projected unto were completely invisible to see.
