WorkWell has been my perfect escape from the monotony of WFH. I've been coming here for a few months now for some focus work & refreshing change of scenery--because let's be real, WFH can get dull real quick! This place has a premium setup! Stylish yet functional with plenty of open desks and soundproof booths for meetings/calls. There are multiple restrooms conveniently located throughout & are always clean. Coffee and snacks are readily available, and a handful of monitors to use for that added productivity boost. I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus! I've been working from home for over a year now and it's always nice to work outside of my room for a change. Workwell gives you a free day pass to work in their co-space area, which is nice because you get to decide if you want to continue coming back or not. I really like coming here because it's quiet, they have 5 booths where you can take meetings, and I love how they provide snacks and coffee. Upon entering, you notice that there is lots of light. I've been working at WorkWell for almost a year, and I love it. There are countless options available, including Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Suite, and Conference rooms. Snacks, tea, coffee, and filtered water are always available in the kitchen. Overall, it's a clean, well-designed and decorated space with secure and reliable WiFi. Katie, Sydney, Clifton, Carlos, and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Katie has always been there for me when I needed a quiet place to take a phone call or a certification exam for work. She would literally try to find any available space to accommodate. I have a dedicated desk and it was the first place I've found in Orange County where I could have a desk in a super quiet room, leave my belongings in a safe place (knock on wood), and everyone is doing their own thing. It's the only place where I can work productively. I looked into other options before settling on WorkWell, and the reason I chose it over others was primarily because I wanted the quiet space, but I also love the reason why the creators of WorkWell started it in the first place. I thought it was cool that they wanted to create a place where people could talk, work, share ideas, network, support and inspire each other, and feel a part of a community, and it absolutely lives up to that standard. I remember walking in, sitting on the couch, listening to the water stream, looking up at the high ceiling, and feeling as if my mind was free and open to ideas... WorkWell has a good number of parking spots, has open space for small/mid size events, supports local artists (art gallery), has a kitchen (stove + snacks), has plenty of seats/desks, and offers numerous suites... Hands down best co-working space in Irvine! Great space to network and get involved with the community. They also offer a full commercial kitchen with a variety of different appliances. What can I say about this place other than that its been a great fit for what I need. Being someone who likes to have a dedicated place to be productive, WorkWell has been heaven send. It gives me a quiet place to focus and get work done and provides all the basics I need like printing and a fully furnished kitchen. It also has additional luxuries like quiet/dark rooms and sound proof booths. Most importantly for me though, are the people. The coworkers here are focused and hard-working, but also very friendly and open. The community here strikes a great balance between productivity and fun. Back in November, I was looking for a place where I could study for nursing school. With COVID going on, it's really hard finding a coffee shop where I could just study at. I searched around and found Workwell. I reached out and they got back to me immediately. They offered me a discounted rate for my first month and I was really appreciative of that! Kimberly was super nice and gave me a tour of the place. The owners are super nice as well! They have great amenities such as a big kitchen, variety of desk, conference rooms, a nap room and etc. I do wish they offered a discounted rate for students, but the price is well worth it for what they offer. Such a great place to work! Everyone is very friendly, free coffee, free snacks, very easy parking. Gym and shower are in the process of being built. I think my company is one of the first moved in tenants of Workwell in one of their private suites/offices. We looked around Irvine and picked Workwell for it's easy parking, competitive price, and great layout and space. We have been so impressed with the team at Workwell. Workwell has been such a great environment for me and my clients. Getting creative is easier when you can enjoy the soothing sound of the water in the background meanwhile using one of the common areas sofas or high desks, then meet my clients in the conference rooms for a more private meeting. The staff team is always so nice and helpful. Specially as a new mom, they created a nursing room where there is a recliner sofa and a mini fridge to store your babies milk. Great space for remote work! I started working at WorkWell when working remotely from home became challenging, and had a great experience here.  I used a dedicated desk, which is a spacious standing desk with a comfortable chair and lockable drawers.  There are also private offices, and open desks in the large common area. The building is open and bright, and offers great amenities including a full kitchen, office supplies, conference rooms and wellness rooms.  It's a spacious location and easy to social distance.  There are also dividers between the other desks, and hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Kim, the office manager, is SO helpful and kind!  Everyone I encountered was friendly and considerate of noise levels and space. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby if you need to grab food or run errands. I highly recommend WorkWell! read more

Crazy pricing, highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Got a quote for a private office with windows for over 24xx$/month. Later I came to another shared office space on Barranca pkwy, which is literally 5mins away. Got a private office with windows for 1000$, with a month to month no commitment agreement. I highly recommend people check out other shared spaces before signing one with WorkWell. read more

What a great place to work! The design is a beautiful mid century CB2 modern look with tons of comfy chairs. There are two ponds with running water which calm you the minute you enter. There is beautiful art on the walls which is a rotating gallery as new artists bring their work in and it is curated by Jasmine who is really knowledgeable. The pricing is very competitive compared to other co-working spaces in this area and big plus is free and abundant parking. Woohoo! There is a large kitchen to make your own food but they have lots of snacks all available to members ranging from Pirate's Booty, granola bars, Pop Chips, fruit, exotic teas, and this amazing coffee that I want to buy for myself! There is always some special baked treat for everyone to enjoy. The best part is that everyone there is so nice and chill. One of the companies there sells electric scooters that everyone can try out. People bring their dogs and make new friends. They have great events including LinkedIn for networking, social media marketing events that benefit all the members. A lot of the other members are in tech so they are great to bounce ideas off of to grow your own business. The community managers really care about each and every member and are constantly making changes to benefit everyone. There is a true sense of community. I was in a total panic a couple weeks ago because I had so much work to get done. I am a senior in college about to graduate in December and I am fully online in 18 units. this place save my life. I came for a week straight and felt more productive and motivated than I have in months. this space has everything a student or individual may require to accomplish work. The space is calm, bright. open, and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and the people that frequent are very lovely as well.
