I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus! I had my first visit to any TailoredSpace location here on a $30 individual desk day pass. It is a…read morerelatively chill business-friendly area. We had emailed their community manager beforehand, who told us to arrive anytime after 9am. The front door unlocks at this time. We walked in and set ourselves up with no issues. The wifi info was on the community manager's desk. Once the community manager arrived, she came over to check in and invoice us. There is a small lounge/kitchen area upon entry, and then a couple of small rows of individual desks. Each desk has 2 outlets and 2 USB plugs. There are small phone booths for people to take calls, meeting rooms and offices in different sizes for 1-7 people. The phone booths are first-come, first-serve, and there are signs requesting a 45-minute time limit to allow shared use, which is very considerate! The kitchen/lounge area is self service and includes complimentary water, soft drinks, and a coffee machine that includes syrup and milk/creamer options. A modest selection of snacks is also available. There are a lot of great coffee and lunch options within walking distance, but the area does feel a bit spread out, so driving may be easier depending on where you're headed. Common areas have low background music, and the space feels polished and professional. Sound does carry if people are talking in the lounge/kitchen/common area, so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you. The bathroom was very clean, and lights are motion-sensor activated. Free parking is available on-site, and we had no trouble finding a space. The day pass was very reasonable for the amenities and quality of the space. We had solid wifi, power-equipped desks, access to quiet phone booths, and a comfortable environment to work in. The only inconvenience to note is that the photocopier/printer is for members only.

There was a separate section clearly labeled "member only," which we purposefully did not enter. We were asked to leave, which is completely understandable if it's a members-only space. However, the staff member who approached us was unnecessarily rude and seemed upset that we were there, even though the setup made it seem open to the public. Clear signage or locked access would prevent this kind of confusion. A more polite approach would have also made a big difference. The staff member was lacking courtesy about it. This feels like an issue with unclear setup and communication, not customers.

I love co-working spaces, but most often they are just a little too pricey. That's pretty much the…read morecase at the Fldwrk. This location has a decent amount of space for working solo or with a group. They also offer private meeting rooms for conference calls and a kitchenette for snacking. I stumbled into this place after getting a beverage at Neat Coffee, which serves almost as Fldwrk lobby area. I decided to check it out and work for a few hours at a cost of $15. If you're a member of Fldwrk, it will cost you about $160 a month, which gets unlimited access to meeting rooms, extra guest privileges, and use of both locations, Costa Mesa and Fullerton. Personally I think thats pricey for what this location has to offer especially because you can get a portable Wi-Fi jet pack for $40 a month and then just post up at any coffee shop and get the same experience at a third of the cost. I might hit up their Fullerton location if I'm in the area solely based on the pictures, but I don't see myself coming to this location again or becoming a member.
