What..the...heck... My office and I planned a seminar event to host here, since we've always been a fan of the layout and the vibes. We booked way in advance, paid the deposit, confirmed with them a week before our event. Basically did everything to a T, which still wasn't sufficient because the people at seven co FORGOT about our event. It started at 6 PM so we show up at around 5:10 with nothing set up or ready like we had agreed. We were freaking out at this point, since we had around 30 people who had signed up to come. We didn't really have any emergency contact info and since the seven co staff had left for the day, we thought we just needed to cancel. We were SO upset and I literally was on the verge of a breakdown. The whole thing just looked so bad and unprofessional on us, and we had been working our asses off to plan this for weeks. Somehow, our President dug through his contact book from years ago and found Katrina's old cellphone number, which we tried calling and texting, at first to no luck. Then, surprisingly at around 5:40 she texted and called back apologizing and agreeing to send someone. Apparently her coworker, Corinne, had forgotten to check the calendar.... So Corinne shows up and sets up the room for us, which pushed our event back to 6:30. She was nice and really apologetic, although my heart rate was still to the roof at this point. The event itself panned out fine, but we were so flustered and it was definitely just not a great start or experience whatsoever. From what I heard from my coworker, they agreed to give us a refund but honestly, I really don't think that makes up for much. If my dad hadn't had Katrina's cell phone number or if we wouldn't have been able to reach them, that would've been SO bad. This sounds harsh, but I mean it respectfully--I can't imagine ever booking an event with them again, which is a bummer since the venue itself is nice. read more

Prior to signing up as a member of SEVENCO, I was working at Starbucks and my local library, going back and forth and back and forth, totally annoying. I visited Sevenco and took a tour. I signed up. Now that I've been a member for a few weeks, I am ecstatic that I made the decision to sign up with SEVENCO. SEVENCO has lots of space, free coffee, an awesome outdoor space, a kitchen, tons of parking spaces, and, since I signed up as a 24/7/365 member, I can come to work at any time of day (or night), including weekends, which fits my needs perfectly (since I am an admitted workaholic.) FIRST!!!! I really like the new management and new ownership of this facility. We've been here since November 1st 2017 and glad we settled here. The ladies at the front are superstars and always helpful especially on the days when they bring breakfast. I really enjoy the new keyless entry and pray every night that we get it for the offices as I am not a big fan of keys. Another perk that I really have fun with is locking myself up in the quiet booth and the electric scooters up. Next7 gets 5 stars from me! read more

Having experienced various executive suites and co-working setups, I've been at this location for over three years now; formerly "Real Office Centers" and now re-branded under new management as "Next7", it has by far been the best work environment I've been in my 10+ years of being self-employed. Wednesday breakfasts, faster internet, scooters, and a mini-market are some of the amenities the new management has introduced, of which I take full advantage. Plus the coffee: unlimited coffee with decent beans. While I rent a small office, the overall layout of the entire facility is spacious, from the open-floor co-working setup to the shared common exteriors. Previous shared spaces I've worked at had felt either too cramped or confined, which killed my work vibe, motivation, and flow. But not Next7! Even my clients who visit me comment on how clean the floor space is set up and how they enjoy visiting me each time. It's also freeway-close off the 73 and there's always plenty of FREE parking (my previous co-working location required $50+ per month along with a cumbersome parking validation process for my clients). Additionally, my neighbors/other clients are both sociable yet professional and a delight to be around on a daily basis. Various organizations ranging from technology, design, politics, and entrepreneurship. From the space and the people, it has been absolutely the ideal setup for me. Lastly, not enough can be said of the office staff: absolute professionals and supportive to everything I need to run my business. The daily grind can be tough, but it's the staff's attitude, attention to detail, and diligence that helps me focus on what's important. Even my daughter can't wait to give the staff members big hugs on the few occasions she tags along with me. I came to this location to meet a customer. Really nice office, friendly staff, hip and cutting-edge appearance. The location feels like a tech company, which is great. Definitely gives the impression for the smaller guise of being a larger company, with a shared office space. Coffee is available. Parking is abundant. Plenty of parking throughout the parking lot which is great. Bathrooms are also super clean. read more

ROC owes rent to us! We rented an office from ROC last year, we paid 6 months' rent in advance, from 06/2017 to 12/2017, and last August another company becomes the new landlord of the office. That means that ROC is supposed to give the 5 months rent from 08/2017 to 12/2017, a total of $3500 to the new landlord. But they didn't not transfer the rent to the new landlord, neither did they give us the rent back. They avoided all the emails and phone calls from us. And there are some more tenants who are under the same situation as us. We will fight until the end. read more

I have been trying to reach someone to have a space available. The person who answered my calls cannot give me a direct answer. Kept on telling me that her manager will call. It's been a week now, nobody called still. I tried to call, the manager finally answered. I was ready to have a membership with them after I use the one day pass. But she said Since I am not a member they cannot accomodate me. That's a great way to get clients. Very disappointing, disrespectful and Very unreliable. Go some place else. Not here. read more

I work in the co-working space and everybody is respectful to one another's time/space/noise level, but is also willing to befriend and get to know you and your business. I recently visited the Next7 space as a guest during a holiday party. This review is for the party and the office space. The concept for the party was great - good food, wine/beer, a raffle with proceeds going to a good cause, and an artist live-sketching portraits - a good time for all. The event was fun and the open-concept of the space lent itself perfectly for a gathering. I took the opportunity to take a brief tour of the space. I would even say it's good luck :) I found this place while looking for a more social setting, something that fit my personality more. I'm a solo and an office with four walls can get very lonely as well as boring. So far the best co-working space in Orange County... When I started my company (and it was only me) I went to a few co-working stations (for example WeWork at the Spectrum). I would say that this was the better option due to its lower cost, efficient staff, newer construction/design, and great location. Not all the frills that come with using co-working places like WeWork, but frankly when you are just forming your company (or trying to lower your overhead costs) you just need a place that you can comfortably work. Only complaint was that the co-working desks are not properly outfitted with power plugs. Many of the desks did not have them which can be a pain. Coffee,tea, wifi and bikes (that's right you head me...bikes) are provided at no additional cost. Overall, good experience. read more

Real office centers is awesome! I currently work at this one on California ave by uci and it has been the best. The co working space is very open and great for sharing ideas. They have a back patio and farmers markets in Thursday's which is great for lunch and networking. I would highly highly recommend this space to any business. read more
