I asked if I could pay a fee and cancel the lease early. I was told that I had to pay the entire lease and they would give no exceptions. I would have happily paid an extra month but to have to pay the entire lease seemed inhumane. They do say that is their policy in the lease agreement but I think they should make allowances for the difficult experiences people go through. I told the manager and regional manager that I would be giving them a low yelp review and that I disagreed with their decision. Also they took $375 for a reconditioning fee and $200 for mail delivery fee leaving me with $20 back in my security deposit. I've worked with other office spaces who have more humane policies with some compassion room for people facing difficult situations but this is not one of them.

Everything that needs attention is handled right away. Sharon is the AM receptionist. She keeps the kitchenette very clean and stocked all the time. I always enjoy saying hi to her first thing in the morning, because she is always in a good mood. Lizeth and Cherokee are the receptionists in the afternoon. Also, very nice and helpful. I was scrambling to find a place. I reached out to Denise from lawworks and she was so quick to get back to me. She was extremely nice and thoughtful. When I arrived, Daniela let me in and showed me the space. Going through the LSAT was so nervewrecking but the lawworks staff certainly helped to make it easier.
