After eight or so months into the lease, I had a difficult housing situation involving my pregnant wife and newborn and we had to move quickly out of the area. I asked if I could pay a fee and cancel the lease early. I was told that I had to pay the entire lease and they would give no exceptions. I would have happily paid an extra month but to have to pay the entire lease seemed inhumane. They do say that is their policy in the lease agreement but I think they should make allowances for the difficult experiences people go through. I told the manager and regional manager that I would be giving them a low yelp review and that I disagreed with their decision. Also they took $375 for a reconditioning fee and $200 for mail delivery fee leaving me with $20 back in my security deposit. I've worked with other office spaces who have more humane policies with some compassion room for people facing difficult situations but this is not one of them. read more

I've been at PBC Foothill Ranch for two years. I can probably find an office closer to home, but every time I come to work, it feels like home. Dana is the Manager, and she is great. Everything that needs attention is handled right away. Sharon is the AM receptionist. She keeps the kitchenette very clean and stocked all the time. I always enjoy saying hi to her first thing in the morning, because she is always in a good mood. Lizeth and Cherokee are the receptionists in the afternoon. Also, very nice and helpful. I was at Regus in Irvine before and continually felt extorted for cash. Once they have your credit card it's just charge after charge. Premier has been a much nicer experience, the two person manger/receptionist team of Dana and Vanessa are super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Premier over Regus. read more

I was a Regus tenant and the entire experience was awful all around. Very disrespectful unprofessional. I'm only just barely scratching the surface. Rude, selfish and it was never about their tenants. It was all about Regus, period. What a blessing it was for me to not only find Premier Business Centers here in Foothill Ranch, but to find Dana Sampson and her staff as well. Arguably the most unselfish, customer focused, attentive and professional people I've worked with. Dana alone, I believe, sets the bar extremely high for others in her line of work. After talking with the gm Dana Sampson it was obvious that this was the best location to rent out office space. This location is extraordinarily clean which I love! The office has a sort of homie family vibe to it as well which is very welcoming!
