An ongoing fire alarm issue has been affecting the 2300s buildings. Over the past 2 months, there…read morehave been approximately 5 repeated fire alarm activations, including incidents on April 19 at night, April 20 around 8 AM, and again on May 14 at approximately 3 PM. According to property management, these alarms appear to be repeatedly triggered from the same pull station near 2305 Simplicity and are believed to involve the same individual activating the alarm multiple times. IC installed a protective cover, but the false alarms continued afterward. This pattern is a serious concern. Frequent false alarms can lead to alarm fatigue, potentially reducing the urgency and effectiveness of response during a real emergency. The issue has impacted multiple buildings and continues to disrupt residents. Would not recommend moving into the 2300s buildings until this issue is fully resolved.

It is also pet friendly , there is a mini park , and a gym. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. The 22 Freeway is nearby, making commuting easy. Walmart is just a 6-minute drive away, and there are also several 7-Elevens , Northgate and gas stations in the area. After living here for over five years and always paying on time, this company simply issues an additional bill for two thousand, explaining that a debt has accumulated over four years. While you're trying to figure out where and why, they'll slap you with additional penalties for that time. They say they'll figure it out and you don't have to pay now, not forgetting to issue a new bill every month with additional fees. There's a wonderful organization called "conservice" that will make sure you're constantly in debt even with automatic payments set up. They shift responsibility for their mistakes onto their clients instead of simply hiring more competent and educated specialists. The tenants will pay for all their mistakes. I don't recommend it. . People from outside the complex also come and go here all the time and use the pool and grill, leaving behind a lot of trash. Once, someone even took a bowel movement in the pool shower, apparently because people who don't live here don't have keys to the toilet.
