When we wanted to sell our home in Fullerton, we interviewed three different agents and team Liz was hands and shoulders better than the other two. They identified areas that needed to be improved in the house and got us quotes for painting, power washing, carpet/tile cleaning and repair, and carpet replacement. They made everything very easy for us in what is naturally a stressful process. When we moved out of the property, they kept and eye on it and ensured that everything that needed looking after was taken care of. After the house was on the market, they followed up with the agents of prospective buyers, managed the offers and asked all our questions about disclosures. Their team is a joy to work with and we were very pleased with the outcomes.

When it was time for us to make an offer on a house in Yorba Linda that had multiple interested parties, Vickie was on top of it. Her fun, bubbly and approachable personality not only makes her a joy to work with, it also comes in handy during negotiations. She was able to connect with the sellers agent and relayed valuable information that helped us present a competitive and fair offer. Instead of asking us to make a high offer to outbid the other offers, Vickie was strategic and recommended different approaches to make our offer stand out. And it did. They are very knowledgeable of the area, and they also live in Laguna Woods. My journey started back in June 2023 when I took the LW bus tour with some friends to see the entire community. The tour provided a general overview and impression of the community, the beautiful grounds and the amenities. The part that was missing from the LW bus tour was information about the business details, how it all worked and the next steps to learn about a property. The tour guide suggested that I find a relator to help me learn about the leasing and buying process. I found Jon and Kathy Wallin after reading their yelp reviews. I called Jon and he suggested I come for a visit. In September 2023, Jon and Kathy gave me a personal tour and showed me a few properties and the community. It provided a great opportunity to learn, ask questions about co-ops and the real estate process. I really enjoyed the tour and knew then I would seriously consider moving to Laguna Woods in 2024. Jon and Kathy kept in touch with me for the months after the tour to see if I needed anymore information during this time. June 2024, I decided to sell my home in Los Angeles and start planning a move to Laguna Woods. Jon and Kathy helped me find a place to rent for a 3 to 4 months while I looked for a place to buy. This proved to be a huge advantage to live there and learn about the different neighborhoods and look at properties. November 2024, I moved to a rental and started looking to buy. January 2024, I purchased a home and closed end of February Jon and Kathy were invaluable during the entire real estate transaction, inspection and HOA process to make this as seamless as possible. They are professional and so generous with their time, and I couldn't have navigated the process without all their support and kindness. I highly recommend Jon and Kathy Wallin to help you to find a home in Laguna Woods.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

We made the mistake of listing our home with a good friend , emphasis, unfortunately, on former…read more His strategy was to price the house low to create a bidding war. Sounded great in theory. In reality, after a month of lowball offers, deals falling apart, and absolutely none of the promised bidding-war fireworks, he suggested we reduce the price even further , despite similar homes, many not nearly as nice as ours, selling for more. We were completely perplexed. Every time we asked what was going on, there seemed to be another explanation about something supposedly wrong with the house, but never much acknowledgment that maybe , just maybe, the strategy itself wasn't working. At some point, when your beautiful home starts being treated like the last dented can in the clearance aisle, you know something has gone sideways. So we parted ways, took the house off the market for a few weeks, regrouped, and hired Kathe. The difference was immediate. From the moment Kathe walked through the door, she understood what made the home special. The custom woodwork, the huge back patio, the classic kidney-shaped pool, and all the little details that gave the house character. Instead of telling us what was wrong with it, she saw what was right with it. And we loved that. She brought in stagers, added her own personal touches, repositioned the home properly and , this is the part we particularly enjoyed, suggested we actually raise the asking price by $10,000 over our original listing. The minute the house hit the market, we received multiple offers. It sold in a freaking WEEK for nearly $40,000 more than what we had originally been asking. Talk about night and day. The entire experience with Kathe, albeit a very quick one, was an absolute pleasure. She understood the home, understood the market, and most importantly, knew how to present it in a way that made buyers see what we had always seen in it. We genuinely could not recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And when the day eventually comes to say goodbye to our current house, there won't be a dramatic realtor audition process. We're calling Kathe.

However, Bob completely changed the way that I view real estate agents (and the value that they can provide). We just moved into our dream house in Aliso Viejo thanks to Bob's experience and strategic thinking. Bob is a highly-skilled and experienced agent who understands the pulse of the market and is able to provide expertise during the search. When we started our search, he showed us a house that was at the upper end of our budget. At that point, we were ready to move forward with an offer and considered canceling the other scheduled viewings later in the day. Bob insists that we see the other homes before making a decision. It was extremely good advice as we ended up falling in love with another house that happened to be priced $200K less. Any other agent would have jumped to close the deal, especially with the potential of high commission on an expensive house. However, I felt like Bob was constantly looking out for our interests. When it came to presenting an offer, Bob worked with us to structure a unique offer that allowed us to compete on a hot property (and ultimately win). Afterwards, we learned that we were not the highest offer either (among the 28 submitted offers). However, due to Bob's networking and strategic thinking, we were able to construct a compelling and persuasive offer that allowed us to stand out. Lastly, Bob is a relationship person who has a strong network and presence in the area. This can be extremely helpful when in a hot market, and can honestly "make or break" the situation. Bob is also extremely responsive and dedicated. There were several times during the process when we were anxiously waiting to hear back from the selling team, and Bob would proactively contact us with updates. He even drove over to speak with the selling agent when he wasn't getting a clear response. That was above and beyond our expectations. Again, Bob broke my perception of real estate agents -- he provided so much value to our search. I honestly believe that his expertise, experience, and emotional intelligence helped us to get our home. Long story short -- don't hesitate to hire Bob for your next home search. He is an honest and trustworthy person who has your best interest at heart and is willing to think "outside the box" to help his clients get their dream home.
