I met Bob in person and he was very friendly and was willing to answer all the questions I had about refinancing. I think I learned more about the refinancing process than I ever thought I would. Compared to large banks, I definitely felt like I was getting a more personalized experience. While I was going through the process, Bob and his team were very responsive. As soon as I fired an E-mail, Bob or someone from his team replied in a couple of minutes. I really appreciated that. Also, I really felt that they had my best interests in mind. This is a long overdue review for Bob. We worked with Bob to sell and buy our houses last year but we got caught up with all the excitement of moving in to our new house. I'd like to share our experience with Bob as a token of our appreciation to the great service of his and his team. Last year, we decided to sell our house in Garden Grove to buy another place. We found Bob on Yelp due to his great ratings. We weren't disappointed. He is very knowledgeable and he really tried to understand us, our situation and timeline. To me this is a great sign of him really looking out for us. At the time we were nervous because we only had a 3-month window to both sell and buy a new place. Bob and his team were very helpful to help us list the Garden Grove house, from taking photos to giving us advices on how best to prepare for the potential buyer. Bob also knows the finance part very well. He gave us many insightful advices on our finance to make sure we understood how much of a house we could afford and to start focus our efforts within our range. Our Garden Grove house is an older house that was built in the 50s. There were multiple issues, including an old swimming pool which later would be a sore point with our buyer. Bob helped us navigate all these issues and really stood behind his great service. At one point, the deal was seemingly falling apart because of the various requests from our buyer (it was their first time buying a house), but Bob really went beyond and did all he could to get things back on track. There were many things that could have gone wrong and we wouldn't be able to sell the house, but thanks to Bob, it all went through. In the end, we got the price we want and our buyer was able to get a home. It was very emotional and stressful time for us, nonetheless, we felt very confident in working with Bob. Another example of Bob's excellent service is how he helped us to close the new house. As we got close to the end of the contingency period of the Garden Grove house, we were frantically trying to look for a new place. Bob and his wife, Kei, spent a bunch of time going with us to open houses. We finally found a place but at the time we'd have to make a move in a very short time. Bob was able to pull all his strings to put together an offer and completed the rest of the buying process in record time. It was a whirlwind for us with both deals going on at the same time, and somehow Bob pulled in through. Within 2 weeks the deal with the new house was closed. We were beyond happy. Thank you Bob, Kei, and Jessica! You guys are awesome. A few tips when working with Bob: 1. He's very knowledgeable so don't be afraid to ask him anything you don't know. 2. Take advantage of Bob's comprehensive service, especially on the finance part. He offers the whole package with lots of good lenders. It was a relief for us that Bob was able taken care of everything. 3. Educate yourself as much as you can about the process (do ask lots of questions). Bob can sometimes give strong advices but ultimately, it's your decision. It's a very stressful and emotional time, so the calmer you can be the better. Knowing what works in your favor is very powerful. Let Bob help you out but don't be afraid to stay firm on what you want to do. 4. Read, check, and double-check whatever paperwork you have to sign. We had a few errors on our parts that could have been prevented. Bob and his team works very hard, but they are human too. My wife and I were looking to sell our home and possibly purchase a new one. We never sold a home before and were expecting the process to be very stressful. Bob and his team gave us the complete opposite! The process was much easier than we thought and not stressful at all! Bob is super nice, straight forward and very easy to work with. We were looking to refinance and our current financing was with Citibank. So we thought that it would be easy peezy to refi with Citibank. Not only were they not able to refinance us but they had my wife doing all the leg work that we thought should have been done by Citibank. So after 3 months we were denied by Citibank. We still have no idea how someone with A1 credit, on the job for 16+ years and a very good income with no bills except a car and current mortgage would be turned down by anybody. My wife was ready to just give up. But I convinced her to let me find one more company to try. I did my research and found Inspira Group. No over to Inspira Group. All I can say is that if you do not use Inspira Group, you will never be as happy as you could be with your refinance experience!! We closed in less than a month, they did ALL and I mean ALL the work. The main problem that Citibank said was the reason that Citibank could not get the financing to go through was not even a minor problem for Inspira Group. I should be writing more awesome stuff about Inspira Group but they were so good that I am at a loss for words. Nothing I can say would do them justice. We found Inspira via Yelp and we couldn't be happier with who we chose. In February we decided we wanted to list our condo in Newport and purchase a larger home in Irvine. We contacted Bob, who got back to us within 24 hours (while vacationing in Thailand!!...thanks for the quick response!), and less than 2 weeks later we were having our open house. Within one week Bob found us our dream home in Irvine and he also got us an all cash offer for just above asking price on our Newport condo. Bob and Inspira really made the process as SEAMLESS as it could be. Every question we had Bob would reply back quickly, and he never made us feel silly for asking. The end of this story is that I am thrilled with Bob, and he proved beyond doubt that he is an extraordinarily trustworthy individual. After working with our bank the past weeks, I became less confident that they were going to get us what we need. I looked on Yelp to find who was rated as the highest rated mortgage broker in Orange County. Bob Dalsimer showed up number one. I spent an hour studying the reviews to make sure this all looked real, and then I called Bob. Within 10 minutes of questions from Bob, he realized that we were not going to be a good customer for him. I really wanted to get Bob our business. I was not happy with working with our bank so far, as they had been so slow so I am ready to switch.
