Hold the presses! This company is the real deal! I am self employed with a few companies. 10 years+ on my main company. I had a W-2 income of $400K/year for many years and the banks led me down a path to the final moment and then said NO. I worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. There is an amazing lender with a large variety of loan products available named Anthony Carroll of LNDR. We just closed on our home during the Covid crisis, we were abandoned by another lender without warning or any type of explanation, and we finally found a great product through Anthony but still had amazing hurdles to overcome and Anthony was right there by our side every day! I am a business owner and it is very difficult to get a standard loan when you don't have a regular W-2 especially post subprime mortgage and during a pandemic! The previous lender I worked with told me about all of the great non QM products that he had and we proceeded to find our home, within a week we were ready but the lender had disappeared. Wouldn't return calls or emails. If the products had gone away just tell me! We had several friends give us recommendations as well but many didn't return calls or took down the info and never got back to me. I began to doubt whether we could get a loan during this pandemic. Another friend who works in the industry began telling me horror stories about all of the overtime lenders are doing due to the incredible demand for homes and mortgages. In a last ditch effort I went online to search for another lender that would not only have standard products but one that specialized in Non QM, Or Alt Products as well. I was highly doubtful that I would find someone in this climate. I was also completely skeptical about finding a lender on line instead of getting a personal recommendation. Who knows what kind of scams I would get lured into? The first thing I noticed when I called LNDR and spoke with Anthony was his response to my email. Lightning fast. I looked him up online and he had great reviews. This gave me a little more confidence to proceed. For the next grueling 2 months Anthony stuck by me all of the way!
