I love it here! The environment is modern, sophisticated, and welcoming. I've visited other coworking spaces, some of which either don't feel inviting or felt like more of a hangout spot as opposed to a place to get work done. This is not the case at Industrious.. it's quiet and not distracting.. I can focus! This place has all the amenities of an effective office space so that you can focus on what's important-- running your business! Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. The building is not too full right now, but I enjoy the close knit community and being able to see and recognize faces. Don't get me started on the food.. On the daily, you can expect breakfast pastries, specialty coffee, and La Croix on hand. Also, basically every day there is a cute treat going on, whether it be omelettes, beer/wine/cocktails, charcuterie, crafts, holiday related items, or healthy (and delicious) snacks. You can tell that Rachel and Kennedy really go the extra mile to brighten up our day (and fill our stomachs) to make the workplace a little less monotonous. Whether you're used to working from home or have an office elsewhere, I recommend giving this place a visit. Just had a cool pre-tour meeting with Rachel and Natalie at Industrious Irvine. Very hospitable, warm vibe. It's like a premium luxe hotel lobby feeling with all the amenities. Coffee all day, breakfast and snacks. They also host a lot of networking / happy hour events. They greet you with warmth and kindness, as well as a genuine smile! The pricing/terms seemed very fair. They have all inclusive pricing, for wifi, printing, access to amenities. You get 6 hrs of conf room time per month. It's a very productive, more mature vibe that fosters FOCUS and PROSPERITY. Furniture is well thought out. Design and finishes were so beautiful. You feel like it's a cozy warm atmosphere, yet still very professional. They have a very talented architectural team, you can just feel it! Even the restrooms, they have room spray in each stall (so considerate / thoughtful). Restrooms were immaculate, well stocked. Felt like a step up from Nordstroms / Ritz Carlton standards. :) read more

Great coworking space if you need an office. They have basic amenities for you, think continental breakfast style. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Industrious Irvine really sets a high bar for co-working spaces. There is a sense of community here and it really is all thanks to the amazing Industrious team of two: Rachel and Kennedy. They are so friendly and very responsive. Because of their hard work and dedication, the people in this co-working space have the BEST time at while being at work! I know what you're thinking work being fun? How is that even possible? Industrious!! They have weekly happy hours, delicious breakfasts and snacks, creative activities such as creating scented jars and decorating pumpkins (with googly eyes too), and more! The interior decorations of the Industrious space is modern, spacious, and simple all at the same time. It is always super clean! There are thoughtful touches everywhere from a box in the women's restroom with necessities to a community fridge (stocked with yogurts, hard boiled eggs, milk, jams, and condiments) to lit scented candles that make the entire floor smell like cinnamon sugared donuts. The conference rooms are great if you want to have a simple and clean space to host meetings. There are also rooms designated to focusing and even nursing in complete privacy. Rachel and Kennedy always greet guests with warm, friendly smiles and are super helpful in guiding the guests to the correct place. They also offer coffee and tea to these guests! Most places only keep their goods to their employees/members, but the Industrious team really understands how to create an environment for everyone to want to return to. We have been at WeWork and I​ have​ tried other incubator​ offices but the type of feeling you get when you step through the elevator​ to the 3rd floor is amazing​. Such a professional yet homey vibe that makes you not only want to come to work but stay here all day! The community managers Kennedy and Rachel are absolutely​ amazing and they are always there to lend a helping hand. They really know​ how to run an​​ office of this nature. They make you feel so involved in almost​ everything that goes on in the day to day office needs. The office spaces are always well managed and clean all the time. If you​have​e suggestions they feel like they always get put to action or they make it apparent they will try and get anything that is needed to be done​. When it come to praising Industrious Irvine, it's hard to know where to begin. Outstanding amenities -check; great location - check; high-class interior design - check; friendly and helpful staff - check, check, check. Whether you are an individual, startup or a going entity with several employees, I think this is a great place to conduct business. If you are already sold on shared workspace like I am, then it's probably just a question of which one. I admit, when I started looking for a place for my residential Real Estate Company, I was ignorant of all the players in this space. I was initially introduced to WeWorks and got the appeal right away. I had worked in a tech incubator in Boulder Colorado and enjoyed the open areas, energy, and comradery it offered and obviously these new shared workspace offices were tapping in to that. So, when it was time for me to get serious about finding space, I started to do my homework and visit a few of the offices including multiple WeWorks and Spaces locations. I have nothing negative to say about them because I think these all have a little different value proposition. A little different vibe and are going to appeal to different people for different reasons. But for me Industrious felt right. The interior is more sophisticated with mid-century furnishings and a warmth that the others lacked. Here we have two main open areas. The smaller of the two is called the Library. With multiple seating configurations, smaller groups can meet and chat or an individual can take a break and enjoy their coffee. The largest area incorporates an open kitchen and it's here we enjoy weekly social gatherings and activities. With at least one Happy Hour a week a lot of us have really got to know each other and our respective business. I've been here about four months and I'm working with three other businesses. Much more effective than the various Leads Groups I've been involved with. So quickly: Industrious Irvine includes conference rooms, nursing-mother rooms, telephone rooms, continental breakfast, coffee, tea, bagels, fruit, pastries, snacks, infused water, etc., etc. But hands down the best part of this place is the staff. The community manager Rachel and her assistant Kennedy go above and beyond every day to make this place special. I just finished creating a "Holiday Scented Jar" for my desk. Just a little activity they put together for the Happy Hour. Earlier this week they set up a Hot Cocoa Bar for the members. What's better than that on a rainy day? And if you need assistance or a special need they do everything in their power to accommodate you. Every guest/client I've had come to my office, can't get over how nice this place is. If you are considering a shared work space office, in my opinion, you can't find anything better than Industrious Irvine. read more

I was looking for a small co-working office space for my new gig and stumbled upon WeWork first at the Irvine Spectrum. The facilities were fine but the staff was not very responsive or welcoming. I later found out about Industrious, another office co-working operator who was opening a new location here in Irvine! I scheduled a virtual tour with Leah and was pretty much sold in 5 minutes. Immediately, there was a world of difference in kindness and hospitality. Today, I went in for an actual tour of the office and met other team members, Rachel and Natalie who have also been AMAZING in relaying information and getting me squared away with my office space. Included for all members is coffee, pastries, snacks, drinks, unlimited printer use, and most importantly, a great community of people to interact with (and not feel lonely working remote). The office space is gorgeous and very modern looking with plenty of conference rooms and common areas available for its members. It is also very well located, right off Jamboree off the 405 freeway with Starbucks and Mother's Market across the street. I can't wait to move in, in a few weeks! read more

This work space is awesome! It's modern, well designed and the office spaces are larger than most competitors in the area. I've been here since the July opening and we've created a friendly community after only a few short months. The managers Natalie, Rachel and Kennedy are super friendly, professional and do just about anything to accommodate your needs. There's food and snacks basically everyday and happy hour once a week. During the past couple of years, I've had the opportunity to work out of different co-working spaces( Wework,Cross Campus and Spaces).And I gotta tell you, Industrious is head and shoulders above the competition. And yes, the place is absolutely stunning, always clean, well maintained...etc. But for me, the best part of Industrious is their staff. The Community Manager is truly special, she's the heartbeat of this place. Always caring, genuine, nice and attentive towards us. She even goes out of her way to do nice things whenever someone in our team has a birthday, gets a promotion, has a baby. etc. Surprising us with either gifts, B-day cakes or a well thought out postcard.
