I've been looking for a coworking space ever since leaving WeWork Redstone awhile back, and then finding out that location has since closed. Bizhaus Costa Mesa was on the short list of places near major freeways, decent location to home base (work), and actual home. I spoke to Chris over the phone one day prior, and Karolina helped me out when I stopped by the following day to purchase a day pass ($30?). Note: Parking is a separate charge of $75/month, or you can try to find parking on the street. While it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, because of all the mostly auto shops along the street, there's really not much "free" parking unless you come super early. Karolina gave me a tour of the facility - everything is on the same floor. Kitchen has several fridges, coffee on tap, a nifty little coffee/espresso machine, some vending machines. Tea station, water dispenser, even a beer fridge full of sugary alcoholic drinks (I didn't try any). Unlike WW Redstone, the bathrooms here actually have toilet covers! Maybe that was Redstone's downfall. Tons of open communal workspace, in addition to private offices/suites. I came on a Thursday, so not too many people were working on-site, as it's one of their more quiet days. It was nice to see the wall of different companies/businesses that call this site their "work home base". I settled in on one of the booths near the kitchen. Super fast wifi, lots of outlets, clean seating/tables. They offer different membership options - day pass at $30 (they kick you out at 5pm), flex pass at $175 (10 days/mo. booted at 5pm), Open Desk at $275 (24/7 access), Dedicated Desk at $375 (24/7) and Private offices starting at $700 (24/7). Parking is a separate $75/mo. if you want to park in their dedicated lot. While I still have to check out a few other coworking spots in the area before settling on one - Bizhaus is definitely among my top 3 at the moment. read more

This has been an amazing move for my business. I have ran my company out of this location for the past four years and couldn't say better things about it. The staff is super cool and terms have been really flexible and reasonable so that my business can thrive through the up-and-down seasons, it's walkable to many restaurants and breweries and a super bonus is the gym is right next-door and gives us a special rate when you are a member here. The conference rooms and vibe at this location are super cool. I never see myself leaving this place. read more

BizHaus - Shared Office Spaces Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

This is the most amazing thoughtful godsend of a company!! True lifesavers and the workspace is beautiful with the friendliest fellow companies who are part of the collective workspace. Best professional solution I could have hoped for. They have the best amenities and they have a happy emergency beer fridge too for when grind has gotten too grind-y :) For a collective workspace solution in the OC, this is a wonderful company that cares about its clients/sense of community! read more

We have been working out of the BizHaus for about 1.5 years and is a great place to work. Everyone at the BizHaus are wonderful to be around and the staff are top notch. Easy walk to many different lunch spots. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a coworking space. read more

Love this spot! Been working here a few days a week for several months and I highly recommend it. Here's why: Great vibe. Cool, eclectic mix of businesses and nonprofits. Versatile, functional space for individual work and meetings. Usable outdoor space. Infinitely better than working at home every day! read more

This place is awesome! It's the perfect place to call work/home away from home. It feels like you're part of a large family... they've created this great culture with networking opportunities & festivities. But they also won't bother you to join in their fun if you're strictly here to work, they let you do your thing. The staff, Michaella and Chris, run the office and they honestly go out of their way to know you by name, respond to your needs & create this great atmosphere. Everyone I've met here is super chill, polite & friendly. I've never had any issue with internet connectivity, the bathrooms are always clean, there's free coffee/tea and emergency beer (best idea ever)! If you're on the fence, look no further... this is the best shared workspace around! read more

Let me start by saying I've been a Bizhaus member for almost 3 years now, but I started in their El Segundo offices. I recently had a baby and decided to move back to OC to be closer to my parents (free babysitting purposes) and was ecstatic to find out that Bizhaus was opening a Costa Mesa location which allowed me to transfer locations. I know my El Segundo fellow members are going to hate me when I say this, but the new Costa Mesa location is even better than the El Segundo location which I loved. The location is central to all major freeways, the design is so hip and cool, and the layout is so conducive to getting great work done, regardless of your company size. I absolutely love it here. Outside of the location, design, and perks, I think what really separates Bizhaus from all the other co-working spaces (and trust me, I toured them all...we-works, regus, cross campus, etc) is that friendly staff and environment here. It's not the typical corporate feel at all, which I hated!!! The owners, Keith and Joe are so helpful and down to earth, the manager Chris is a very friendly and gent as well. He always gets me what I need in a timely fashion, and I just can't say enough about Bizhaus. If you're looking for some cool co-working space, I highly recommend checking them out. They offer free tours of the space, and once you see it, you'll realize exactly what I'm talking about. read more

Between meetings up from SD and stopped in to do some work. Chris showed me around and was very hospitable and welcoming which fit the vibe of the place. Will be back for sure. Wish I could have stayed and didn't have to run off as a fun time was shaping up on Friday around 3pm read more

I've been here for two years and I absolutely love it. The office is stunning. The community is extremely friendly. Chris and Mikayla are awesome. The owners are very nice as well. Only issue is there is definitely some collusion in the office fantasy football league read more

BizHaus has been such a great space for my team and I to work out of! Not only is it so open and organized, but the team here is INCREDIBLE! Chris and Michaella are so attentive and make sure we are always taken care of. Free unlimited coffee is also another great perk! read more

BizHaus is a great place to work. Location is convenient and it's a great vibe. They offer desk space, office space, meeting rooms and general collaboration areas. The management team running the show are top notch and will help you with any of your needs. They are extremely welcoming and easy to work with. There's all the typical things you'd expect in an office like printing, office supplies, whiteboard areas, fresh coffee, etc. The team running this location go above and beyond to make this place feel like home with various social events to encourage networking with other members and genuinely getting to know you and your business. I looked at a few different spots and this one really took the cake. I'm happy to call BizHaus my work home! read more

If you are looking for a co-working space, THIS IS IT, look no further. I have been a member of Bizhaus El Segundo for over 3 years now and recently have been working out of their new Costa Mesa location. The space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT, here is why: Private offices are very spacious Stylish conference rooms that will impress clients/colleagues/investors Freshly brewed coffee Emergency beer Artsy environment that inspires creativity Staff that becomes family Clean showers Lockers Great restaurants/bars nearby Amazing happy hours that become networking opportunities I cannot speak highly enough of Bizhaus and their team, they really go above and beyond for you and your company! read more

Just moved it. This place is perfect for a small business. Great staff and coffee. They also do happy hours and some other events. BizHaus is way better than the other options near by. I'm going to be here for a long long time! read more

Everything about this place makes it easy to come into the office every day. I started off going to the BizHaus in El Segundo, and I'm so happy to see that the wonderful people and amenities have followed down to Costa Mesa. Michaela & Chris do a great job of keeping the place running smoothly and host frequent social events. The location is super convenient - right by the 55, 73, and 405 and The Camp for great food and beer certainly doesn't hurt. read more

Been at BizHaus for around a month and love it so far. We went with them over other options because their atmosphere and vibe were the most friendly (without being culty...not naming any names) and because the managers have been with the company for so long. They've been extremely responsive and helpful with getting us onboarded. All the tenants seem like great people, nobody's is too noisy, the kitchen and facilities are kept in a good state (clean, everything works, emergency beer in the fridge!). The area is also amazing. You're surrounded by so many great restaurants! read more

Our team of six just started working at BizHaus after trying a few other coworking spaces and we couldn't be happier! The space is awesome (open, fun and modern feel), amenities are great and the staff has been incredible. We have a mixed remote/onsite schedule so we needed something flexible and Chris (manager) was able to put together something that worked perfectly for our team. Highly recommend BizHaus if you're looking for a new office or somewhere to pop in and work here and there! read more
