The views are insanely beautiful from the 14th - 15th floor. I'm in awe of the views and would love to work here more often. There are so many rooms, chairs, lounge chairs, and sofas to choose from and it wasn't very crowded at all around a 3PM on a Tuesday afternoon. One more I will add is that one chair was squeaking quite a bit every few seconds and my party was trying to figure out where the consistent sound was coming from. Additionally, there were a few people who spoke a bit more loudly than I would have liked, but that's slightly more out of the staff's control and they eventually got quiet. Highlights: * beautiful views & space * modern, high quality furniture (nothing is grimy or old) * clean bathrooms * great Wi-Fi * generally a good place to work (sometimes people were loud) * lots of space * easy parking (across the street - you have to pay parking separately) The only reason I'd be hesitant about a day pass and/or membership is that you have to pay a separate fee for parking, which unfortunately makes coworking here a bit more costly than I'd like. All in all, I had a great experience here and hope to come back another day!

From what I understand, you can pay a monthly subscription type of thing and they have various levels, depending on what type of space you need. I think it's really cool and super inventive.

What..the...heck... My office and I planned a seminar event…read moreto host here, since we've always been a fan of the layout and the vibes. We booked way in advance, paid the deposit, confirmed with them a week before our event. Basically did everything to a T, which still wasn't sufficient because the people at seven co FORGOT about our event. It started at 6 PM so we show up at around 5:10 with nothing set up or ready like we had agreed. We were freaking out at this point, since we had around 30 people who had signed up to come. We didn't really have any emergency contact info and since the seven co staff had left for the day, we thought we just needed to cancel. We were SO upset and I literally was on the verge of a breakdown. The whole thing just looked so bad and unprofessional on us, and we had been working our asses off to plan this for weeks. Somehow, our President dug through his contact book from years ago and found Katrina's old cellphone number, which we tried calling and texting, at first to no luck. Then, surprisingly at around 5:40 she texted and called back apologizing and agreeing to send someone. Apparently her coworker, Corinne, had forgotten to check the calendar.... So Corinne shows up and sets up the room for us, which pushed our event back to 6:30. She was nice and really apologetic, although my heart rate was still to the roof at this point. The event itself panned out fine, but we were so flustered and it was definitely just not a great start or experience whatsoever. From what I heard from my coworker, they agreed to give us a refund but honestly, I really don't think that makes up for much. If my dad hadn't had Katrina's cell phone number or if we wouldn't have been able to reach them, that would've been SO bad. This sounds harsh, but I mean it respectfully--I can't imagine ever booking an event with them again, which is a bummer since the venue itself is nice.

This place has a premium setup! Stylish yet functional with plenty of open desks and soundproof booths for meetings/calls. There are multiple restrooms conveniently located throughout & are always clean. Coffee and snacks are readily available, and a handful of monitors to use for that added productivity boost. I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus! I like the work atmosphere that they deliver & the motivation I get from seeing other people in their zone. The clue's in the name--this place simply really does help you work well!

I booked this venue months in advance for two full days, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. It was beyond embarrassing to beg for access in front of attendees who flew in from across the country.
