Oh man! I was meant to have left this review a long time ago but I put it in my notes to make sure that I leave this review. I called the store and asked if they do live scans and I was told yes. So my 9 students and myself went into the store for each of my students to get live scanned. At first I hit a brick wall when I was told they do not take credit cards for live scans but cash only as they had some problems in the past with charge backs. I plead my case, (BY NOT BEING A DICK) and asked if there was anything they could do. I was dealing with Karina, wait, Christina! THAT'S RIGHT lol. So Christina called the owner and asked if they would be willing to make an exception for me and thankfully the owners were willing to do so! Not only was I able to get all of my students live scanned but I printed all my necessary documents, brought in my laptop, hooked up my charger into their wall, connected to my mobile hotspot and submitted each of my students online applications while they were all being live scanned. The staff were AWESOME! Didn't question anything I was doing and just kept it moving while I did the same. Thank you very much to the owners of this store and thank you very very much Adrian, Chistine, Karina or Christina, or whatever flavor you wana be! You guys got stuff done! I cannot appreciate it enough! Thank again! Best Regards & Semper Fi ! read more

Worst customer service. Some employees don't know what they are doing and this location have given me issues twice within one week. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the employee up front lied to my face and said she wasn't there, while I heard her voice in the back office LOL. Terrible service and makes the entire company look bad. The supervisor is unapoagetic and had zero manners. UPS needs to do better. read more

Some of the worst customer service by the girls that work here. At least today. I won't be coming back here again. Just not very good attitude or helpfulness. Not friendly or willing to help. read more

The short female worker with long black hair should not work here if she wants to have an attitude with everyone. Going to drive further next time just for better customer service. read more

This is, by far, the worst customer service experience I've had at a business in Eastvale. The customer service was horrible. The girl at the counter had a very condescending and unprofessional attitude from the moment I walked in. I needed a shipping label reprinted, and she initially told me she couldn't do it. When I pushed back and asked again, she then said she could reprint it, but for $3.38. She also told me the box I had wouldn't work and that I would need to purchase one of their boxes for $9.99. It was a perfect box to ship a book. It wasn't even the policies that bothered me as much as the way I was spoken to. Her condescending attitude was completely unnecessary and made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. Keep in mind the store was empty with no other customers so I can't even make excuses for her that it was busy. There are plenty of businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with respect. I will not be returning here, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this business. read more

I checked in today to get a light printing job done and Rachel took great care of me! I appreciate her highly focused fast and thorough hustle and her genuine care and kindness in talking me through tough days with empathetic support and compassion. Thank you to the Manager Christine for saying hi to me through Rachel too and making me feel like a special member of the UPS Community! Rachel and Christine's personalized attentive Guardianship always leaves me feeling extra happy, loved, and cared for after every UPS visit I truly appreciate how thoroughly they pour into their Customers with positive and uplifting Hospitality! read more

Worst stupid experience ever.. service sucked. Not helpful, not knowledgeable, and acting like little children. Attitude and everything. Made an appointment and nobody is there to show up for my appointment. read more

I come here all the time (moved here a year ago). Every single time the one employee who is always working is so unbelievably rude and condescending. After the last visit I had I decided it's just not worth coming here. I'll go to the store in Town Center just to avoid the rude employee here. I thought she was just having a bad day the first time but it's literally every time. She's rude to everyone except the one time a handsome guy came in. Literally an entirely different personality. I thought, "Oh maybe she will be nice today." Nope. The guy left and she went back to being rude. I'm done. read more

I visited the store on 1/10/26 at 1pm. The young Hispanic looking girl is extremely rude. No personality. She told me it will be $5 to tape my box that is about 6x6 inches. I left and came right back with my own tape I taped my own small box, She kept asking me if I had more than 1 return in which I kept replying "No" it's only 1 return. She proceeded to place the return slip on my box but with such attitude. On my way out I told her that I hope she has a better day. She didn't reply . She definitely doesn't want to be at work today or probably no days and she definitely has no customer service skills. I hope she doesn't find a lot of us outside of this store with that poor behavior. All bad! read more

Indian woman working here is so rude! She wasn't helpful or friendly at all. She needs to find a new job.

This store manager treats me very rude every single time--simply because I pointed out that the pillow was a bit heavy and large. I noticed that among the many negative reviews she has received on Google, 100% come from Chinese people. She is a racist. read more

The lady who is working today (11/17/25 at 12pm) is so rude, unprofessional, not respectful, and lazy. The management team, you guys need to start training your front office staff with better manners, especially customer services. I have two ears, have no hearing issues, I can speak English, and well educated person. She keeps yelling and raising her voice each time I asked her questions. But, once other customers walked in she was all happy and smiley. Dose she treat people differently based on their skin color. Just wondering read more

It appears others have also raised concerns about Britney's customer service. At first, we thought it might have just been an off day, but after several visits we've consistently observed her being dismissive and rude toward customers. This isn't an isolated incident. It may be worth management revisiting a performance improvement plan with this employee and for UPS to consider whether this reflects how they want their store represented. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at this UPS Store. Jessica was extremely rude and had zero interest in helping. I made a simple mistake and tried to fix it, but instead of offering any kind of assistance, she was dismissive, condescending, and acted like I was an inconvenience. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. If this is the kind of customer service UPS allows, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Avoid this location if you can.Norco is just up the street and they're so much more professional and so nice!! read more

Horrible customer service !!!! The "manager" who's always there - and also works at the one off Limonite is extremely rude- unfriendly, and very unprofessional !! She is ALWAYS talking on her personal phone about personal things! Most of the time I can't tell if she's talking to me or the person on the phone! I know her whole life story already just from all the times I've gone and she's ALWAYS on the phone !!! She is super condescending! So don't even think of showing the wrong code or having your items not ready. I laughed at another review that said she only friendly to a "handsome man" .. because I noticed that too! She only actually acknowledges and talks or smiles to younger men! Everyone else gets ignored and rude responses from her! But the other two younger employees a younger girl and guy - are also very rude and unfriendly. I don't even think I get a "hello" or "next" .. Aside from that- line is always long , and takes foeverrrr! This store definitely needs retraining and new management !!!! read more

This location is the closest to my house and sadly the customer service is always lacking every-time I come here. I needed to drop something off for Amazon and my phone just happened to not work which is no fault on the employees end but I asked if they had wifi the lady who was working at the front just pointed at the paper and after time and again retrying the wifi the password was incorrect and all she said was i don't know. Shouldn't the employees know at least the password if she's been there for so long it isn't the first time I've seen her and she always gives a idgaf attitude. I wish she would be more helpful instead of acting like she doesn't want to be there. She always makes it hard to enter the store and coming out feeling good. Never got the internet but had enough to find the QR code on my own. read more

Every time I've used this location the woman at the counter acts like she's doing you a favor. She's sorely incorrect, I don't need to patronize a business establishments that doesn't treat their customers with respect. Conveniently there is a new UPS store down the street in the Chino Preserve that I will gladly take my business. read more

I always have a good experience at this store even for different services, especially considering that there's usually only one person working at a time. Even when there's a wait the employee is usually kind and professional, especially when you're kind back. I went in for a LiveScan today and Rachelle was awesome. She seems very professional and hardworking, and I had a very pleasant experience with her today. The LiveScan process was smooth and I was in and out quick. I also come here to drop off Amazon returns and the process is also very smooth and quick. Definitely gonna keep coming here for their services. Thanks! read more

this store is uncomfortable to be in and it's disappointing given that it's the closest location to me. their customer service, while lacking, is much worse when they act or make it seem as though you are wasting their time whilst they haven't been able to answer your questions about a service. i don't mean a "do it yourself" situation because if that was expressed to me i am beyond okay doing things myself and know what it's like having interactions with customers that aren't the best, but rather a "i don't know how to do that so figure it out" situation where they don't bother to try and help. i don't get why it's taken so personally, either, and why their responses are given with bad attitudes. or why they act as though you've been an inconvenience to them despite having been respectful and communicating so that you aren't an inconvenience. i understand not being able to do something on your end or having a bad day, but after being apologetic and voicing gratefulness for your support anyway and receiving a back turn as dismissal, it makes it unbelievably easy to believe that there is no care or want to provide a good service. i don't leave reviews, this is my first time doing so, i don't like leaving reviews and won't after this one because writing this still makes me feel guilty in doing so but this happened in front of another customer and even they gave me a shocked look. pleased be better, if not for me then for someone else. read more

Thank you Amie for the warning about the employees attitude. I will have to say she was right. I just left this location, trying to do a Livescan for fingerprinting. The girl (with colorful clothes, nails, hair) was extremely annoyed. I asked how to print the form and she rudely said email it first and vaguely pointed to an email written down then walked away. I said ummm I'll be back. But I will not be. I'll give my cash to a more friendly location. If she hates printing for others, maybe get another job? read more

Wife went to this spot to return some Amazon packages and the line was out of the store. You could tell that Nolan was working his butt off to handle a big amount of people ...only for his manager Rachel to arrive and ridicule and demean him in front of the entire group of customers. Wife felt the need to encourage the poor guy who thanked her for her kind words. Not only is it terrible leadership but it's a sign of a horrible workplace! I won't be coming back if this doesn't change read more

Unfortunately this store is notorious for awful customer service. After 10 years of occasionally patronizing the location simply and solely because it is so close to home, I am officially done. Yet another rude encounter with Rachel on 4/11/25 was the final straw. She proudly announces her management title while behaving extremely unprofessional. Unacceptable. I was unsuccessful in speaking to the owner and didn't bother emailing the storel a/o Rachel made it clear she manages the inbox. I'd care to know if my employees were conducting themselves in the manner Rachel does but to each their own. read more

Terrible customer service at this UPS location. The girl with the colorful nails and hair was just plain rude. I came in for a notary service, and she acted like I was bothering her--zero patience, zero professionalism. If this store cares at all about customer loyalty, they should know that she's exactly why people won't come back. I ended up walking out and getting my notary done somewhere else. Paid a little more, but at least I was treated with basic respect. FYI: she also works at the other location on Hamner Avenue. read more

Worst customer service ever! Dropped off two packages and Rachelle demanded the packages be put on one receipt. Claimed they were low on receipt printer paper. The poor kid behind the counter had to follow her orders and just looked really uncomfortable. Rachelle suggested we take our package to another UPS since they only had one role of receipt printer paper for the whole day. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this place. Rachelle is bad for your business. I literally had her scan one package and just said I'll be back to drop off the second package the next day. She absolutely would not give us two separate receipts for the two different packages. I'm still stunned by what happened here today. Nov. 14 update. Don't bother sending their "bot" an email. You will get no response. read more

This location does not deserve your local/small business support, neither do they seem to want your business. Drive a few miles more to another UPS Store located at Norco UPS store at 2420 River Road Suite #230 Norco, CA 92860. You will not be disappointed with the Norco location's better customer service. I came in at around 6:25 p.m. on September 30, 2024 and in my error used a retail box with a prepaid UPS label taped on it. The associate did not return my greeting to her ("hello") and proceeded to ask where my shipping code or label was. Immediately said that I must use a shipping box (rather than the retail box I received the product in) and was immediately dismissive and unnecessarily irate with my not being an expert on the matter. I was quoted $45 for a box that is brown and will fulfill the requirements. Not even one second after I declined the expensive box, she immediately called next customer to walk up while I was removing box off the table. Rude service overall. I called the Norco UPS Store and they as USUAL were very helpful and explained why the shipping box is required and hence I now understand for future reference. Eastvale (7056 Archibald Ave.) UPS, just avoid it and go somewhere more helpful, especially if you're not super knowledgeable about minor details involving shipping. Do yourself a favor and go to 2420 River Road suite 230 Norco UPS instead (or literally anywhere else) and briskly walk or run away from the Eastvale UPS (7056 Archibald Ave) home of the big attitude and zero customer service. read more

Came in to return an item and there was a huge line but understandable since it was a Monday. Seemed like they were short staff as there was one woman behind the counter and boxes everywhere so I was about to head out. I noticed the woman was very quick tho and knew what she was doing. She got everyone out quickly. I was very impressed with her professionalism considering how frustrated she must have been from the non stop customers but she seemed organized and when the other employee came in she made sure she got him to organize the boxes and get them in the back to make more room. She may not have a smile on her face but she made sure to be respectful with everyone. Just wanted to give her a shout out for her hard work in a stressful situation. read more

Everything about this place is awful everyone I come. Long waits and slow employees. I've been here for about 20 minutes and still waiting.

Tried to ship a box today and Brianna wouldn't accept it because my box looked like a shoe box in her words. I showed her that it was a shipping box but she was rude and stated no other UPS would accept it even though I'm there almost everyday shipping out the same boxes. From now on I'll go to the postal annex. read more

Avoid this UPS at all costs. Every time I go in there the workers are so rude! I have had issues with Rachelle being rude and trying to charge me for their USPS drop box ( which is complimentary ) and my husband also had issues with Rachelle to the point he called UPS customer service to report her. Today I had an issue with the girl with the facial piercings. I walked in and she completely ignored me. She was helping another customer with a live scan. I waiting a little longer- she still ignored me. I asked if it was okay if I left my oversized box here for about 5 mins until she was done helping the other customer. She still completely ignored me!! I called her out and asked her why she was ignoring me. She finally said " I said yes" ( with attitude) She clearly did not. Not sure why the workers at this store have much bad attitudes but I would recommend going down the street to either the one off River or the new UPS by stater bros. Even though this one is right across from my house- I will NEVER go there again. I always feel annoyed after going there! read more

I don't usually have issues dropping off an item at this location but today was really bad by your employee named BRITTANY. She did not provide good customer service skills instead acted like she didnt want to be there working. She first denied my boyfriends drop off bc of blue tape and when I went back in line and removed the blue tape to redrop off the delivery, her face looks pissed off while helping other customers. She said its not our fault if item is damaged so I go and tell her too that I don't care either because that's how I got item sent to me that it wasnt taped well. After she prints out the receipt she slams it on the table without saying a word. I hope management put her in better training as that's not a good representation of UPS! read more
