We came in to get some documents notarized and, despite the store being extremely busy with customers picking up packages and the added challenge of kids being loud and grabbing things from the shelves, Alyssia handled everything with absolute grace. She was the only employee working at the time (since a coworker had called in), yet she managed to juggle everyone's needs without ever appearing flustered or stressed. She kept calm under pressure, multitasked beautifully, and still gave us her full attention to make sure our notary needs were taken care of correctly. Alyssia's professionalism, patience, and ability to keep things running smoothly in such a hectic environment are truly impressive. She definitely deserves recognition -- and a raise! read more

I am unfamiliar with sending packages but they both made it so incredibly easy and I am better informed and A LOT more comfortable with sending out packages for next time. Please give these two employees a raise or something!! They are such an asset to this company. Even though I came in only a few minutes away from closing time they remained with a smile on their face the entire time and were so patient and kind. I don't know if it's this store or Amazon but something needs to be changed. I come here to drop off my Amazon package and Amazon tells me I just need to bring the return in the package it came in and UPS will print my label and mail it. Wrong almost every single time. I come into UPS with my Amazon QR code and return (that is in its original box) and the UPS employees tell me I need a box or I need a bag for it. That's not what Amazon is telling me. The UPS employees just stare at me if I can magically make a box appear. I get if it is Amazons miscommunication, but try to help me out and not charge an arm and a leg for a box. Half of your business (I'm sure) is people returning Amazon packages. Try to be a bit more understanding if people interpret the instructions a certain way. Also be aware of people returning multiple returns in one box. Ivy had me take my box apart to do two separate returns under the same QR code. Once I told her that, she said "oh, you can keep them in the same box". I know I can! That's what Amazon said to do! Maybe ask a question before you just start scanning or throwing the scanner around. I thought she was going to charge me to tape the box up, because that's what it seemed like in the moment. Anyway, I always try to pick Staples now to return since they are much nicer and easier to return packages with. But once in awhile I have to come here and I am always ready to be turned away because something is always wrong. read more

Most efficient and friendliest staff, the owners' attitude certainly reflects on the employees, when you make an Amazon return, they print out YOUR copy of list of UPS returns, unlike the one in Eastvale that lies and says they can't print you a copy, you have to take a picture, owner is just being cheap about the label, used their Notary service as well, everyone in this store is very courteous, and they've all been working there for years which means they're happy and well treated by the owners read more

This is the friendliest UPS store location I've been to. There is another one that is sometimes more convenient for me to go to but I'll go out of my way to come to this one. Would give 0 stats if I could. Every time I try to use the UPS store that is so convenient to me because it is down the street from where I live I can never utilize this store for some dumb reason. I will never return anything back through this UPS store! They always manage to lose my packages enroute, and they never get there. I was always having to fight with Amazon to prove that I retuned something, but some of the other vendors, not so much, and this store pretty much wash their hands of it once you drop something off. I shop Amazon daily and one of the reasons I love to shop their is because of the Easy returns policy. Kohl's does an amazing job returning amazon items. No boxes needed they do it all for you and give you a 25% off at kohl's just for returning items. there. However, UPS staff acts like they don't want to provide and service. You need to bring your own shipping boxes with you. And it can't just be a empty box, it has to be a"shipping box" per the ladies in the norco ups store next to staterbros. This girls are just acting up and not work. They just dismissed me. I won't buy from a amazon customer if he uses UPS FOR RET So UPS response was it's not them who required it. But the 3rd party vendor does. I've returned at least 7 items thru UPS and in all those 7 or more items returned in the last 3 years, I never was told this. 1st time. Must be new. read more

I am so lucky that they opened up on my way to work. My postman in Eastvale is horrible and refuses to deliver my packages. I have been living with this for over ten years. Now, I have all of my packages delivered to the UPS store in Norco. The cost is reasonable, and everyone that works there is absolutely amazing. They are patient with me when I don't pick up my packages right away or if I have a bunch of things delivered. Parking can be a bit of a pain cause some people drive pretty fast through the parking lot, but other than that, it is perfect!!! read more

Brought a pre-labeled package into ship. For whatever reason, their scanner wouldn't scan the UPS label. I left, contacted the company from the parking lot who then emailed me a new label. I go back in, show them the new label and their response was "you could email it to us but we're going to change you $4.70. Is this really good customer service? Decided to give this place a try to do some simple black and white copies since it's across from my house and it's new , why not give them some business . Dropped off a couple measuring sheets didn't even think to ask price seeing I typically pay $50 -$60 or so at staples , assumed couldnt be much more , go to get rung up once they started and it was $100 for 450 sheets . My fault for sure for not asking and assuming but man that's pricey ! Get those copies elsewhere folks . On a positive note Staff was very friendly. read more
