We had just done some Father's Day shopping at Boot Barn. I was told they would have Father's Day cards. Walked in and immediately was STARED down by the white old lady at shop. I get it. They have nice things and little kids aren't the safest. But not a freaking word from her. I asked if they had cards and she said, "where the kids are standing!" She was so annoyed by our presence. I didn't want to buy anything from her but my boys wanted to get their dad a crochet football and a card. Fine. We walked up to pay and my son noticed some little coins with crosses on them. He showed them to me and I said they were nice and he put them back. I paid in cash and said I didn't need a bag. She looked over the counter to make sure I put them in I know she wanted to make sure I didn't steal anything!!! She then proceeded to tell my 7 year old that the "tokens" weren't free. I was so confused...what was she talking about?!! She had my son open his hand. It was the CHANGE from the cash I had given her. Her face dropped and the, "so sorry's" started to come out. I didn't say a word. She needs some serious Jesus in her life. I nodded in disbelief. I'm too pregnant to fight with such a disgusting human. My boys were shocked she would think those things. Learning lesson for them about rude people and taking the high road. Shop will unfortunately not last with that terrible customer service.

Both have been pretty quick for us to complete, since they just need to scan and print out the receipt. For Amazon returns, they now have a kiosk area where you scan your return, package it yourself, slap a label on it, and then deposit it into the out box. Staff has been great, no issues!

They sent out an email a month ago saying they'll be forwarding my mail to a new location and stop by that location and it's empty so for the people that still have PO Box's there, I wish you the best and I forward my mail out of there and got my contracts and checks within 4 days of my clients sending them meaning mailbox and more probably threw my mail away since after my first review I stopped getting mail.

Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it. And many FedEx locations are kind of far from here so thank you for accepting FedEx packages!

The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don't provide a receipt. He didn't drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP. Or to the Business Bureau.
