What impressed me most, though, was something you don't see very often anymore: the notary seemed to know everyone who walked through the door by name. It's refreshing to find a business that combines good service with that kind of personal touch. Highly recommend Postal Annex!

He COULD NOT BE BETTER. For the record: he is NOT a relative. Not a buddy. Never saw him before in my life. Also, I and I bet MOST of us standing in those LINES, have a particular dislike for a business that's related to DEADLINE-meeting for BUSY people. Furthermore, it's particularly negative when there's anyone OTHER than THIS FELLOW working as fast, efficiently as possible. Regrettably, in more than one visit, in contrast to this TERRIFIC GUY, there is what appears to be the older, lady, owner-acting person? ?? On more than one visit, she could have shifted into ?? HIGH gear (instead of ?? low or parked) and gotten things MOVING by tending to LONG LINEs. Instead, she sauntered around as if ?? ...... you get the picture. Maybe her and others' inadequacy was in particular, STARK CONTRAST to this young man; HE was EAGER to get customers DONE and OUT O' THERE ASAP. So thank you to the young man. Others ? There ARE other UPS places--CLOSER than this; if THAT GUY ever goes, you won't see us there again. Efficient, knowledgeable, bright, quick, hopefully remembering his name correctly--Fernando? Good luck and THANKS to him !!!
