Instead, the delivery truck showed up without a liftgate and dropped off seven pallets that we were expected to unload ourselves. Completely unacceptable. While we were scrambling to figure out how to unload everything, I received two phone calls from Hollywood Delivery Service accusing my team of refusing the delivery -- which was absolutely not the case.
