My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

I needed immediate service because the Fontana legal service company that I hired to handle my eviction case had not gotten the paperwork served more than two weeks after the case was filed in the court. I contacted Zedomily Legal Services and the man agreed to meet with me after hours because I work during the day. He took my case and got the paperwork served within a couple of hours. He did an amazing job! The tenants even called the Police Department thinking that the Zedomily Process Server would be intimated and leave the area. He apparently just sat in his car until the Police arrived. They escorted him to the door and he served my deadbeat tenants as soon as they made contact. I was on the phone with him the entire time, and I heard everything. I was so impressed that I hired Zedomily Legal Services to do a second case for me the next day. If you're looking here for a legal service with lots of stars, go to Zedomily Legal Services which employs the brightest stars of all.

The process was easy from here on out since I just needed papers served and their office takes care of filing, BUT when I paid over the phone he said I would get confirmation of service and filing. I was given no such confirmation. I waited and yesterday called to get a quick confirmation and had to leave a message. No call back and it is Saturday and my court date is less than 5 days away so I texted the number that gladly took my payment simply asking for confirmation, not being rude and just getting to the point since (I get it, people are busy and don't want to deal with such minuscule things) yet his response to me was " It's not necessary to keep calling or texting the proof of service has been filed your job is to appear in court . Thank you" ... OH SO HE KNOWS I CALLED AND IGNORED ME YALL. IT is actually not necessary for someone servicing others in situations as stressful as these to be rude. It is one thing to inform others and it is another to assume that they know everything that's going on and use it as an opportunity to put people down. It is your job Rich to fulfill your word, it is not your job to be forgetful and slick with your word since I have paid, paperwork is filed and there's nothing I can do to get my money back:) slick guy! Don't trust them. Only pursued him because his son was VERY great and helped me with my small claims work at no cost because I stumbled into their office on accident. I was hoping that would be the vibe with his father but he was not helpful. You can't help someone and once they've paid just be rude.

Five-Star Review I…read morecannot recommend Eric Coker and TCB Process Service, Inc. highly enough. I needed a response served in connection with a TPO matter under a very tight and stressful deadline, and Eric went above and beyond to make sure it was handled promptly and professionally. He understood the urgency of the situation and took the necessary steps to get the job done when timing really mattered. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism Eric demonstrated throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process, communicated clearly, and treated my situation with the seriousness and urgency it deserved. At the same time, he maintained the appropriate professional boundaries and did not cross the line into giving legal advice. That distinction meant a lot to me because I was dealing with an already stressful legal situation and needed someone who understood his role, knew the process, and could help me navigate the service aspect professionally without overstepping. Eric genuinely went above and beyond. He was responsive, dependable, professional, and committed to getting the job done under pressure. If you need a process server you can trust--especially when you are dealing with a time-sensitive matter--I would recommend TCB Process Service, Inc. and Eric Coker without hesitation. Five stars, absolutely deserved. Thank you, Eric, for going above and beyond when I needed it most!

Unfortunately, they left the apartment without notice before we had a chance to serve them and we thought our chance to do so was gone at this point. At this point, we only had an address they placed with the leasing office for delivering a security deposit (allegedly where we thought she moved to) and a business name (where we believed he worked) John with Moving forward legal services was able to help us with an array of tactics to make sure that my ex roommates were found and served. They offered us services such as a network of process servers (in various areas) and long duration stakeouts (if necessary). Moving forward was able to send out a process server the next day to catch the boyfriend. After that the girlfriend was made aware by the bf and attempted to evade. John himself at this point, actually had to stake out the Girlfriends alleged new address for 4 hours and eventually served her. After the job was done, he even filed the serving paperwork with the courts for me after as well. I am overall extremely satisfied with the service & level of knowledge John & Moving Forward Legal Services provided with our case and really appreciative of how fast they got it done. Would recommend them 100% and would definitely use them again!!!! (Hopefully I don't have to sue anyone ever again haha)
