Excellent working experience. Was able to serve someone that riverside county sheriff could not. Thinks outside the box to get it done. Highly recommend read more

We first had the sheriffs department serve defendant for a small claim case. That was a waste of time and money. We contacted U Been Served and David got the job done very quickly. The defendant has a history of being evasive but let me tell you, he got SERVED. If you need someone to be served, give U Been Served a call. It will get done!! read more

Thanks Doug! Service was fast and payment was easy. Can't beat the price. Was able to help me out in a very short amount of time.

Doug and his team of processors are the go to team to get things done and efficient when it comes to legal documents. Doug will answer any questions you have and guide you through it all and he's convenient but best of all they are licensed and registered ca state processors. So they do it the right way and as always no guarantees but they do multiple attempts and travel to where the recipient lives and for reasonable prices. They are honest and upfront about getting the job done right. Doug has over 20 years of professional experience in legal processing so is best to greet it done right with Doug and awesome older gentlemen to talk to in person. He service throughout IE area. He takes credit card payments via digital invoice and PayPal. He also provides everything back to court so rest assured your in good hands with Doug. Doug got it done for me so can you! read more

Outstanding service! This was my first time filling small claim and getting it served to the defendant. I really made a great decision by choosing Doug to help me serve my court papers because he didn't disappoint. I filed my small claim Wednesday morning and I found him on Yelp around noon then I called him and he was professional and helpful with my questions. I emailed him the papers after 3 minutes he emailed me back saying he printed them already! Around dinner time I received an email and he said the defendant already got served. He did all the filling of the proof of service the next day and by Friday, I got the copies and my receipt. He charges through PayPal. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fast, efficient, and professional process server. read more

You couldn't ask for a better process server. This guy goes above and beyond! I had tried twice unsuccessfully to get a deadbeat served for a small claims action. They refused to answer the door or respond to certified mail. After a courtesy extension and a court appearance to request a continuance, Doug got it DONE!!! YEA!!! read more

This was my first experience with a process server, Doug handled it within 2 days the proof of service too! - I thought it was going to be difficult, but it was not. He is honest and that means the world to me, I highly recommend him. Some other processors who are doing the same thing wanted to charge a lot more and some even wanted to just mail my summons to other party. Thank you so much! read more

Doug is the best! I have never had to serve anyone before but a renter, who is habitually late on his rent and aggressive about demands, has pushed me to decide enough is enough. I refuse to be intimidated. He has money to buy a new gym for the garage but not pay his rent. I emailed Doug about serving a 3 Day pay or quit notice on a Saturday. He got back to me the same day, sent me the 3 Day form to fill out and send back so he'd be armed and ready (my words, not his) As it turned out, the renter paid before I had to serve him. I was relieved but also empowered because now I have back up! I will never let the renter push me around again. Doug communicates promptly, is clearly prepared, and, I imagine, well acquainted with renters like mine. I don't have to be stressed out in the future, just prepared to take action swiftly and decisively. Doug will help me do that. Thank you!! read more

I am so glad I contracted U Been Served to serve my Unlawful Detainer documents. Doug, not only served the necessary documents, he went the extra mile. He provided me with some very helpful info and tips. He even helped me after his contracted service was complete. I got stumped on completing other court forms and gave him a call and he was eager to assist! He's not there to give legal advice, but was there to share what he knows and leaned from his own experience. read more

Every playa has his haters and sometimes friends turn to foes. The solution may be the pistola, at other times- it's the court of law. Lucky fo' this foo- I chose the latter. I needed to have this foo- served since he be dodging my lead and my summons. I spoke with Doug Crawford, the owner-operator and I received the absolute best service one could ask for. I've had people served before. But there always seems to be a barrier between me (the payor) and the server (the payee)- aka- a middle man. U Been Served is like speaking to the man, behind the man, behind the man. When I called, I was immediately transferred to Doug, who told me, "fax the paperwork, I'll serve tonight." It was like Amazon.com for personal service. It was like callin' Luca Brasi to tie up loose ends. If you need personal service, call Doug Crawford and have it taken care of. Thanks, Doug, for the professional service. read more

I'd been using an expensive legal services company to serve my needs, until I hooked up with Doug. I needed something to be served my mail. Doug took care of it for about 1/2 the price I would have to have paid these other businesses. Then, I had to have something served immediately in order to challenge opposing party's request for a continuance. Once again, Doug got the job done for a reasonable price and helped me nullify opposing party lawyer's excuse to delay hearing on a request for order. The outcome was a victorious day, got my child support modified, pissed off lawyer for opposing party, finally put ex-wife in her place, and its all good praise the lord. If you need the job done, GIVE DOUG A CALL. read more

This is THE GUY!!! He handled my eviction situation like he had nothing else in the world to do. I called him, I said I needed these people to be served tonight, he said he would...he did. He did everything he said he would and as fast as he said. He maneuvered with me through every loophole and pitfall in the process, even mailing things same day minutes before the post office closed, waiting at the court house...I could go on. Doug, thank you for being an amazing professional. In a situation where I paid the court house $14 for a list of flakes, closed businesses, voicemails, and overpriced quotes, U Been Served is THE REAL DEAL. They are my process server and you would make a mistake and pay too much by not using U Been Served. Get it done right the first time, you'll get more than you pay for. Seriously, no need to bother with anyone else. If you need a process server, you have enough to worry about, call Doug at U Been Served. read more
