I am disabled, and in a fixed income, I was taken advantage of, my paperwork was filled out incorrectly, to the point that she lied and said that I receive medical, when I do not, just so that I can get a fee waiver...How shady is that? We paid almost $500 to Leslie at Trinity Legal Services, and it has been an absolute pain. She mishandled important court documents twice. The first time, we showed up to court only to be told she had not properly had the paperwork served. Leslie admitted fault, but it was a huge inconvenience -- we took time off, waited in court, and were turned away. The judge gave us a new date to have the paperwork filled out and served again. On the second attempt, she put the wrong address on the form, even though I had texted her the correct address (which I showed her). When I sent her the proof, she told me she "didn't want to reply to us anymore." She provided nothing of value, and now we are having to hire an attorney because she did not know what she was doing. When I asked for a list of what she had actually done for us, her only response was: "A full refund will not be provided. My services conclude here. Please seek help elsewhere if you will not accept my accommodation." Completely unacceptable. She made us believe she was trustworthy, and now we are left with wasted time, wasted money, and even more legal headaches. read more

I would definitely not recommend this business as Leslie lied on court documents that she served someone in person but the person on the court documents never received them. She delivered the documents to an old address where the person no longer lives out. So who did she serve? Did she make sure the person she gave the person to was the correct person or did she get a signature from the person receiving it?
