They will NOT request any of your medical records for you or contact any of your providers, they will leave out significant records regarding your medical history; in my case, almost dying due to surgical complications that caused brain damage, being in intensive care for weeks, and learning to walk again, then, almost dying a second time from a secondary complication that has caused adrenal failure.
