Five-Star Review I cannot recommend Eric Coker and TCB Process Service, Inc. highly enough. I needed a response served in connection with a TPO matter under a very tight and stressful deadline, and Eric went above and beyond to make sure it was handled promptly and professionally. He understood the urgency of the situation and took the necessary steps to get the job done when timing really mattered. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism Eric demonstrated throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process, communicated clearly, and treated my situation with the seriousness and urgency it deserved. At the same time, he maintained the appropriate professional boundaries and did not cross the line into giving legal advice. That distinction meant a lot to me because I was dealing with an already stressful legal situation and needed someone who understood his role, knew the process, and could help me navigate the service aspect professionally without overstepping. Eric genuinely went above and beyond. He was responsive, dependable, professional, and committed to getting the job done under pressure. If you need a process server you can trust--especially when you are dealing with a time-sensitive matter--I would recommend TCB Process Service, Inc. and Eric Coker without hesitation. Five stars, absolutely deserved. Thank you, Eric, for going above and beyond when I needed it most! read more

Eric went above and beyond to help me with my issue. After ABC Legal dropped the ball, Eric took care of it in a day. My proof of services was filed on the same day he dropped my document in the mail. The communication was great and it also helps that he is down to earth and very understanding of sensitive situations. He will get my business anytime I need these services. read more

Eric is so helpful! I contacted him about the process service and I had questions about the court forms etc....he just can't help himself to always be available for potential clients and his regular clients also of course. I know he didn't have time to discuss these things with me plus it was after hours and yet he answered the call so he gave me as much time as he could which I really appreciate. Highly recommended! read more

I would give TCB Process Services a ten-star rating if that were possible! My legal filing at the courthouse and assigned court date did not provide much time for timely service of process (the server would only have four days to get the job done). Eric was realistic, honest and professional. Most importantly, he managed my expectations by committing to do his best, but also offering alternatives in the event that the time window could not be met. Eric exceeded my expectations. He ended up getting the party served and sending me the proof of service and other documents all on the SAME DAY. The most surprising aspect for me was that, although the item was a rush job, the cost was not nearly as high as I had been quoted by other servers for an expedited job! I would highly recommend TCB Process Service to anyone in need of a reliable and professional process server. read more

I have a friend in Las Vegas, Nevada who is partially mentally impaired. He is working as a kitchen worker at one of the biggest Casinos at the Las Vegas Strip. Recently, he applied and had passed the examination to become a United States Citizen, however many many years ago he made a mistake and had a misdemeanor case filed against him at the Riverside County. As a result the United States Immigration and Naturalization required him to submit court documents regarding this case. This was a challenge for my friend to produced these court documents due to multiple reasons; 1st, he could not take the day off! otherwise he will loose his job! 2nd the distance between Las Vegas and Riverside and 3rd, he speaks minimal English! but the most important aspect was... WE HAD A DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THESE COURT DOCUMENTS which was a 7 days! TCB Process Service made everything possible! Mr. Eric Coker was highly referred to us by the Law Offices of Attorney Khan. Indeed! They were very trustworthy, excellent work ethics, 100 million percent "pro-active"! FOR PEOPLE WHO WANTED A TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE COMPANY FOR ANY COURT DOCUMENTS! I went through an un-expectantly devastating legal experience and felt very lost since I have never gone through this before. I no sense of understanding about the how things worked in the legal system. Eric was more than a help to me. He not only provided surperior service, but his knowledge was invaluable. Out of all of the horrific things I have been dealing with over the past 5 days, he was the one bright spot that gave me a ray of hope. Eric was AMAZING! I called to have an ex parte notice served and he went to the persons work and home two times for me AND gave me a discount!! Although he was unable to serve the person I needed served he was so incredibly helpful and nice! I called about 5 other places from google that were either rude or over priced for a rush service. I needed this person to be served same day right then and there. I was in Riverside at the court house and I had emailed Eric my information and he took care of the rest.
