Her office did not provide my attorney's office the notice of acknowledgment and receipt form, which preventing from finalizing my judgment and forcing me to reserve my ex-husband over a year later using the sheriffs office in Virginia and paying for it a second time. Let's get real proof of service is basic in all 50 states and she failed at doing that. what's worse is that on the registrar of action it clearly states if the other person hasn't been served, and despite being my husband's attorney through the majority of our proceedings, not one person in her office paid attention to that detail not the kind of service I would want to pay over $50,000 for.
