I have done formal complaints online; calls with the USPS local supervisors and gone in person. Despite that and updating my change as recently as 6 weeks ago to extend my time for forwarding to May 2027, I got no mail for the period of June 11 through 21. If you call the USPS 800 number you will hang out for over 1/2 hour and give up. I am not going to fill out another 10 page complaint form; did that 3 times. So no matter what you do to fix their problem, it is not going to happen. I did get one piece of mail in the last 2 weeks; another piece brought over by the receptionist from my old location. At one point at the end of March I got the building owner's 8 pieces of mail with just her name and address on her envelopes put into my mailbox. How does that even happen.

There are different prices for different washers that you use single load, top load, and multiple loads. You load a washing card with money and use the card to start the machines.
