What an amazing treat I received today from The Shipping Center! I was greeted by Sam upon entrance. She was polite, informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was attentive throughout the process. I had the pleasure of watching her patience as she trained new employees Ivan and Eric. I have no doubt they will continue to be great under such a peaceful and graceful leader. This location has plenty of parking, sales drinks and light snacks. The wait was not long either. Overall not a good experience here. Made an appointment for 11:30 and learned the hard way that they were taking customers first come first serve. Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers. read more

I purchased an electric wheelchair made in Southern Ca. I searched out to shipping companies to contact that would ship by boat to Hawaii with a lithium ion battery. The manager Samantha found a way to do it but she said it wasn't guaranteed. I charged $948 pm my credit card for shipping to Hawaii.I was texted that The wheelchair only went from Riverside to Bloomington, Ca and was considered unshippable.It was sent back to The Shipping Center at Riverside. Since I couldn't send it to Hawaii like I wanted, The Shipping Center sent it back to the manufacturer in Fontana. I asked for a full or partial refund of my $948 but told by Samantha and George the owner that they refused to refund any of it. I was told that even though it went from Riverside to Bloomington, Ca and back they do not give refunds. So As a disabled person, I couldn't get my wheelchair sent to Hawaii and was refused a refund of all or part of $948. So I am out $948 for a wheelchair I never received.Very disappointed in their policy regarding this.I will never ship to Hawaii or other areas using this company. read more

This place is amazing, I love the convenience that it provides, I ship all my boxes from that location, no more runing around to Fedex Center, and no more runing around to the UPS store, they ship with all carriers, I also ship USPS packages with them. Do not ship high value items from this shipping center. I have never had issues with low value items but any item I have shipped from here over $200 has gone missing. UPS advised me to record package drop offs, I prefer not to use this shipping center moving forward. read more
