    They are suppose to transfer to another location if they are unable to fulfill. When I asked them too she said "we don't do that "

    I used the online services to send a file to be printed and to be picked up next day as it promises. I paid for it and submitted. I showed up in the morning and the girl at the desk said "oh sorry we are out of ink go online and cancel your order and resend it another store" I asked if it was possible for them to send it to another store and they said "no we can't sorry " and then talked over me to the next customer. I went on the website and in my account to cancel and request a refund and then upload and pay again to another store... there is no option to cancel or refund. It clearly says "order processed store approved and accepted" I'm so amazed at the lack of customer service and respect. If you're out of ink, as a PRINTING shop, maybe have some in stock or have the decency to email me letting me know that the order cannot be processed instead of it saying it was processed and possibly go is that further and find a solution for me instead of telling me to cancel and redo it when clearly, there's no option to even do so. I had my one year old with me or I would have had words but that honestly would not have gotten me anywhere seeing as his their only respond was "I don't know" to everything. And there's also this in there disclaimer ... see pics below

    Thieves. I had an incident I had previously placed a review for. I contacted the store owner, and was pretty much lied to by the store owner and management team. Through email they led me to believe that they would issue a refund but they never did and ghosted me. I've attached the ongoing email thread, for other customers to beware, the store obviously is not customer friendly, but money hungry.

    What an amazing treat I received today from The Shipping Center! I was greeted by Sam upon…read moreentrance. She was polite, informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was attentive throughout the process. I had the pleasure of watching her patience as she trained new employees Ivan and Eric. I have no doubt they will continue to be great under such a peaceful and graceful leader. This location has plenty of parking, sales drinks and light snacks. The wait was not long either.     Overall not a good experience here. Made an appointment for 11:30 and learned the hard way that…read morethey were taking customers first come first serve. Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.

    I HATE this USPS office with every fiber of my being. They never fail to completely waste my time…read more The first time was a few months back when our mail was being broken into. I was having to go to this office to pick up my mail and the employees sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get why was incredibly time sensitive mail. They told me my mail was delivered to my mailbox, so I went home and checked my mailbox. No mail. I drove BACK to the office and they swore up and down they didn't have my mail. I left and eventually went back that same day and lo and behold, my mail was at their office the WHOLE TIME. Second instance they wasted my time was today. I went in to find out what I would need to do and complete to get a replacement passport since mine is destroyed. The woman tells me to wait by the door. Then, as other people after me start asking about passports, she tells them they have to make an appointment because the guy who does the passports only takes the first 4 people of the day (what in the hell kind of janky system is this? why are my tax dollars paying this clown?) so I ask the woman if I even have a chance of talking to him an she tells me to continue waiting. After over an hour of waiting, she asks me what I need and I tell her I just need a replacement and she tells me I need to make an appointment. I don't think a single place or person has ever made my piss boil quite this woman and this heinous post office. Thank you for continuing to waste my time and tax dollars.
