This establishment has gone from one owner to another in the last 10 years. The new owner has made a difference in service. We went for passport pictures and she was relentless to get them perfect. I went here for live scan fingerprinting. I needed the physical version on 258 cards. She was kind and helpful, great service but she was not able to offer retaking of my fingerprints as many other places do. BTW they did not pass due to low quality so unfortunately i would not recommend this place for this service. Yes this is the correct location I was at and I am positive the miss told me they would not retake them if they failed as it could be my fingers fault. So thats why i left this review. It was clear they did not want me to go back if it failed which I understand. But I suggest you go elsewhere and ensure they offer re-do's. read more

When the package didn't arrive by the 8th, they said they would file a claim with UPS. On the 9th, they called and said the package was out for delivery. Too bad, no refund. I waited behind one other person for the notary but it wasn't that long of a wait. The man doing the notary was very aware that I was waiting and sped it up. I really appreciate him respecting my time... really kind. When it was my turn, he was nonetheless quite thorough and made sure he got everything right. I always come here to mail stuff and drop off my packages since it's so close to home and way better than using the post office. The staff is always really nice and are fast to help you when they aren't helping other people. Prices are a tad bit higher than the post office but it's worth it considering you don't have to use the post office nor wait in its lines. read more

Sometimes I receive time-sensitive materials and refrigerated packages, so it is critical that I receive notifications in a timely fashion. great place for UPS drop offs, mail, packaging etc...

This is for their Passport Photo service only. I don't live in the area, but was in Moreno Valley for work. I had some time, so I decided to get my passport photos taken for an upcoming trip. I got them taken, they were terrible (all passport photos are terrible) but I was now all situated to get my passport. When I went to the passport agency located at Cal State Long Beach (amazing service) they said my photos did not meet the photo guidelines - mostly when it came to measurement. They had a measurement overlay that they put on top of the photo to see if your nose, eyes etc. all lined up with the US guidelines. Mine didn't. My face photo was way too big and I had to have them take a new one (another $15 charge). I went back to AIM Mail Center and told them that their photos didn't meet guidelines and they told me that they had being doing it for 17 years and that passport places would say photos weren't correct so they could charge the customer for another set of photos. They then said that it happened "occasionally" that their photos were not accepted by passport agencies. I then said well, why not ensure that all their photos pass by making them smaller. The man got irritated with me and blew me off. So they know there's a chance you will not be able to use the photo they take but they refuse to make any changes. I would give them 1 star but they did refund my money. read more

Do Not Mail Your Packages Or Anything Here!!!!! They lost my package, gave me a tracking number that USPS never heard of! It was horrible. When I called, I got attitude and the girl told me it's impossible for them to issue me a tracking # without having me in the system, basically calling me a liar! I actually had to DRIVE there and show my receipt with tracking number for them to believe me and the response I got was, "oh, i guess we could"! Then they took my info down to investigate and was suppose to call me with an update and shockingly I never got a call! The package was never delivered to the person I sent it to. Scam! Rude! unprofessional! Be cautions!! even with documentation and receipts showing everything, they didn't do nothing to help me out at all!
