HORRIBLE. INCORRECTLY inputted my livescan not once but TWICE. Told me to come back so they can redo it for the THIRD TIME. Then, Ophelia has the audacity to tell me she can't do it because she's 'busy right now'. After expressing my frustrations she claims to not be certified and that Live Scan is not available after 6pm-- I've had my Livescan done after 6pm. She sounded like a lazy liar. Selfish employees serving to inconvenience you. Feedback to the business owner: update your website/business to notify customers you stop livescan at a certain time. Feedback to management: Train your employees. The errors of these lazy employees inconvenienced my employment start date by 3.5 weeks. I'm ANGRY. They certainly do not value a customer's time. read more

I have been a customer at this UPS store for over a year and have put up with the managers bad attitude. I have never seen her smile ever. But that's another story. I go to retrieve my mail today and I have a piece of mail that was from a medical provider that belongs to someone else So I write on the envelope please don't put in my box. Mind you I have been receiving this persons mail the whole time I've had my box and brought to the manager in question attention several times So I bring to her attention again today and as always she was very condescending and very arrogant and blamed it on new employees making a the mistake. When I tried talking to her she dismisses me like I'm a 12 year old. Mind you I'm old enough to be her grandfather. I explain to her sometimes I don't look at my mail until I get home then I have to drive back to give the mail back to the UPS store. Her response mind you with attitude you can always drop it at a post office. I told her you don't get it I have to go out of my way. Which I have been doing over a year to make sure this mail gets in the right hands. I don't want to throw it away that might be illegal I don't know. But has never offered an apology or a solution. I have been in management for over 30 years and had well over 60 employees at one time and I can say without a doubt she does not need to be in a position where she works with the public. And by the way I have talk to the owner about her attitude and there has been no change. read more

First time I went to this location to send a pair of shoes to Davis . I brought it in a box . Cashier weighed and told me its $26. The cashier 'Jessica' Tall /short hair asked me if thats okay and she asked me to check screen if all info is correct. Screen also says $26 . I paid and left . Went home and realize I was charged $43 due to some additional charges Jessica didn't care to tell me before hand . I came back the next day to question the transaction and unfortunately Jessica was not there and they can't help me at all. I think it's ridiculous to be charged $43 for a pair of shoes . and it Would have been nice if the cashier explained the charges and gave me option. I would have said 'No Thank you and I will send thru USPS'. read more

What Brown Can't Do For You ! Today I was standing in line at this UPS Store shipping a package when I witnessed a UPS employee handle a situation unprofessionally and immaturely ! There were 2 women inline shipping packages . One of the lady's stepped completely out of line and proceeded to leave the store so the the lady that was calmly waiting stepped forward as anyone with complete common sense would so as the lady was next in line to be helped the lady from earlier return and walked in front of her and proceeded to be helped by the UPS Store employee! I was blown away from seeing this happened and how you can just walk out of store and then walk back in to the front of the line ! I was upset but not as upset as the lady in front of me ! This UPS store and there entire staff needs to be trained in common sense and decency ! The staff at The UPS Store then defended the lady who cut the entire line and said that she told them she would be back lol what a complete joke of a store to allow this to take place ! My hat goes off to the young lady in front of me who got cut . A couple of days ago, I went into return a boxed-up mattress and was helped by Jessica at the front desk. She was so so so nice and helped me lift the mattress onto her scale and she went above and beyond to make the whole experience a positive one (even though returning a mattress is anything but). I was very skeptical due to the mixed reviews but had no choice but to use their service. I didn't get the employee's name, but she was rude and gave off the vibe of "Stop wasting my time with your questions." My friend asked for an additional box and she gave an untaped box, expected us to fill it, and proceeded to say "So do you want to fill it now or what?"...common sense, how do you fill a box that's not closed on one end. We were transferred to the guy employee who was more helpful and nicer. They never answer the phone at this location. UPS lost my Passport, Visa , and vaccination records. I had to cancel my planned vacation because UPS lost all my documents. They are the one of the nicest UPS stores I have used. And I've used a few from moving so much or for business. I had an issue with an employee here they kept losing my packages it was only the one but finally I said something and the manager who is great called me and said she found my package, and she will fix the situation. No one is perfect we all make mistakes at least they fixed theirs. read more

2 starts because I love being able to check my mail box late. Now I started to write the entire experience.. but I wont. Lets just say when I heard we had some minority business owners on this side of town, it made me proud once upon a time until yesterday. I even sent my clients to do business here and shouted them out in several of my networks connections. The staff is unprofessional and they have no professional business tactics or morals. I'm not sure if anybody else who owns a box has had this problem but they will not reach out to you to tell you that your bill is due or late. Now I know you say I should know but I had a two year contract that I paid in advance during grand opening. I came in on the 28th to ask when is it due again, because I knew it was around this time of the year, but they said my bill was due on the 19th and I came in on the 28th. They had already accessed a late fee. They not once sent me a notice ( Dear sir/ms. your contract is nearing expiration please pay to avoid any late fees or termination of services). No courtesy call ( hello this is UPS with a courtesy call to let you know we didn't receive a payment on your due date). No email no nothing. Just a "can I get a late fee because that's in writing". Well did you put in writing that my fee would double (no you didn't)? Normally I would just pack up and move on especially due to the fact that I've seen the staff be extremely rude to people. But It was too late for me to do that with expected business packaging coming in. Trying to find another box would prove to be a grave inconvenience. Had I known they would be increasing my annual box fee 100 % I would have started looking months ago for a know box because they didn't even give me a notice to let me know it was going to increase. Let me add I went ahead and paid up one more year, because I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I couldn't afford to have my packages sent back ( which has happened before with my websturant and quill orders). I asked the lady if I find another box some where else can I cancel and be refunded the remaining pro rated balance. She said no.. DONT GO HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE BAMBOOZLED INTO PAYING EXTRA FEES. If you are already a consumer here, WARNING. Check your expiring account because your rate probably went up too, start looking or a new box if you don't agree with the enormous increase. read more

The young man working on 6/4/22 would not make his Grandma proud. Being an elderly lady I could have used him to open the door as he walked past it and I had my arms full with a heavy box. Had to set it on the floor. He also did not acknowledge my presence and say I'll be with you in a minute , I had to guess that he was helping someone who was making trips to car. He also did not offer to lift my box to the counter. This young man is a poor example of a helpful employee, and just not a polite young man.
