I am so disappointed and furious with Maria at SOS Postal. She is hands down the most rude, unservice oriented person I have dealt with in 45 years. Having a horrible time tracking down a package for one of our employees. Called her several times to get information and she kept hanging up on me. Then would not answer the phone. Was in the area & needed to ship two boxes via FedEx. We walk up to the business two boxes in hand and the security door is locked. Next to the business was a loud Zumba class going on. Two guys that were sitting in chairs in front of the business told me that the business doesn't open on Saturdays. Unlike their hours say on Yelp. I was somewhat relieved that they were closed. Went inside to obtain some documents notarized. As i walked in no one greeted the young lady behind the desk just lokked up and continued what she was doing helping another customer. I presumed she would greet and say she will be with me after the customer but nothing. It did seem it was just her by herself and i waited for a while and then left to another notary. read more

Located right off of the main drag, on a small corner lot, this business had decent parking and friendly staff. I needed to send out my laptop and ran out of FedEx boxes, so I decided to stop by this full service shipping location, but when I got there, they were out of the boxes needed for my shipment. How's that possible? After the employee attempted a 15 minute search to locate a box to fit my needs, she decided to think on the fly. Kudos to her, she thought outside of the box and created a makeshift packing box for my work laptop. After carving my packing box, another 10 minutes, she then wanted to charge me for used bubble wrap and filler? Those packing peanuts cost only a few cents and this quick drop off had now turned into 25 minutes so far. I ended up grabbing some old newspaper laying around and stuffed the box for free myself. Thank goodness I already had my preprinted shipping label ready to attach, otherwise, who knows how much longer this drop off would have taken. Not sure if I will visit this location again, seems more efficient and cost effective to ship items from my house directly. read more
