I just dropped off packages. They were busy but literally no wait! Excellent service and friendly people. Family run business at its best!

Let me start with the prices for faxes here are ridiculous! Seriously ridiculous! The two owners who work so hard keeping this place going is still worth my support. They are fast and efficient and mostly polite. They are both in pain 98% of the time, I feel so bad for them. If you need to take care of any business please come here to show support! read more

When getting a doc notarized, they didn't do it correctly.. how do I know? I'm also a notary! You pay $15 each signature just for it to be incorrect!. Also they're very rude, loud & unprofessional. I've seen the owner scream at his daughter who works there (or did I don't know now) & she screamed right back. read more

This has always been our go to place for all our mail needs. The amazing customer service we receive every time has been so great. The time each employee takes to help not just us but anyone in the store has been nothing short of amazing. The owners have always been so courteous and kind. We will continue to support small businesses and we are not ones to always leave reviews but this business deserves all the reviews and outstanding customer service reviews they can get. Thank you MT. Plaza for everything read more

Great service ! The owners were very friendly. We needed notary service and it was great that they were open on Saturday. Thank you.

Great little shipping place. We had to ship a large package and the staff made it a breeze to get through. They were able to fully pack and ship an unboxed item, just as the name implies. The place was cozy and while they did have customers in and out, the staff were efficient and friendly. We will be coming here again in the future! read more

Casey B left a.1.star bad review, I was there that morning abs she acted like an unfair child when she was informed that she could not have a will nitride at that location. Clearly, she did not specify what she was trying to have notarized, or Faith would have told her from the start. Faith and Jim are awesome people, I've had my personal box with them for a few years now, and they've been nothing but friendly, kind, and helpful. If you're going to leave a bad review, please make sure that there aren't any other people that will arrest as to how rude, unhinged, and 'Karen' like your behavior is. Props to Faith for keeping her cool, though out the whole ordeal. Much respect and love to Faith, that lady 'Casey B', left Faith very shaken. read more

Great customer service, James was very quick and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

Makes packing and shipping my orders easy, I go in with what I need to ship and pack it up and slap a label on them and its as easy at that. Rarely any wait time. I am a frequent customer and will continue to ship items through this shop. If you have ever waited at a Post Office the waits are so long but this place makes it quick and easy. Recommend them greatly! read more

Extremely professional, jim and faith take care of all my shipping needs. And Absolutely love the shopping experience. Fast and efficient always. Shelli k read more

i was disappointed in the service I received today. I have used their service for many years. I needed a simple notary service and was told that I would have to wait as there were other customers waiting behind me and the clerk was the only one there. Not sure why other customers were more important than me. Not sure I will use this company again. Jim , thank you for your reply but let me further explain my feelings. There were 4 customers behind me in line and more customers coming in. It seemed to me I would not be waited on until there were no other customers in your store. read more

I've been here a few times and the staff is always very nice. I had never returned anything from Amazon and the other day the guy took the time to go through the app with me and show me how to do it. He had a lot of patience with me and it was much appreciated!! GREAT SERVICE!! read more

They always so very helpful for all your mailables, Notary Service very reasonable prices.

This place is by far the place for all your shipping needs, notary, printing. Great one stop shop.

Outstanding service and friendly owner and employees! I drove 11 miles just to use this store. There are other pack and ship stores around but this one is the best! read more

These folks are so nice and are always ready to help with mailing and shipping boxes to my family out of state. Faith did a great job recently on a poster project and had it done ahead of schedule. I'm so glad that they are here in the valley, and I highly recommend them! Great service, good company! read more

This place goes above and beyond! I needed a banner for graduation, Faith's creative mind put the perfect touch on our banner. They're flexible to work with, prompt when replying to phonecalls and emails, and just all around professional! The best part was after I bundled about 7 8x10's a cheer head and a five foot banner they printed for me, all totaled about $80!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Thank you Faith, Jim, Heather and family, you're all a pleasure to do business with!!!! read more

Great service. Well stocked with all kinds of mailing/shipping needs. They also have cute stationary items to peruse if you need to wait in line. There are other pack and ship places in town, but I go out of my way to use this one. read more

This place is nice I love having a mail place near where I live so I don't have to go far to print my paystubs. The only problem is the staff is not very friendly. I know people have their bad days, but it would be nice if they can be a bit friendly when I walk in I feel a stiff vibe. It's like here is your stuff okay now bye. Other than that place is great love having a mail package place close to town so I don't have to travel far. read more

Thank you for the great customer service today when I was in your shop. You were very busy and had a difficult customer and you were so patient with him trying to explain and help him. I don't mind paying a little extra for the convenience, it's well worth it. I will certainly be back for my future shipping needs and will refer my friends and family to your business. read more

Horrible customer service. I went to get a will notarized, and the lady, working blonde heavyset, told me to wait by the side. She helped other customers that were behind me. Then she informed me she did not notarize wills. She proceeded to argue with me when I asked her why I had to wait while she helped other customers. She was extremely rude. I will never go back to this business again. I had to drive to Sun City where the notary there was more than happy to notarize the will. read more

Absolutely love this place! Went in to do my Amazon drop off not knowing I should of read my darn slip more carefully. Those darn QR codes trying to force us to go to UPS store end up being a pain. Thanks to these folks they made getting a regular return label so easy! Thank you Jim for showing me how to get an actual return label! You guys are my new go to place! I definitely love supporting mom and pop stores! read more

Good small place to do some shipping and notary service. Personable staff that provide good customer service

I love this place! Family owned and operated. They are quick to help with whatever your shipping or notary needs are. Also, they have a text service that lets you know when your packages come in, and they give a curtesy call! read more

I have been here multiple times and havent been able to successfully send anything here. Between not accepting amazon prefilled out shipping labels and charging 3.50 to print the labels themselves this business seems to have it out for Amazon. My mom uses it all the time and has had no issues, but every time I'm there the older woman at the counter is curt, dismissive, and give inconsistent answers. My mom calls and its sure, print it on the computer and then we can accept it. I get there and it's an extra charge and only certain kinds. I ask if they do ups drop offs, I get there and they say they dont take amazon returns with a qr code even though the box had a regular shipping label. Today's cherry on top was waiting 15 minutes til she came out from the back to then find out about the extra charge to return the defective items from Amazon. Tldr, bad service with surprise fees and made up restrictions. Edit, responded but didnt actually answer the problem. She calls I go in usually and your telling us different things, and the packing labels have all been printed before today. Your snark in response is exactly why you have poor service. Also I didnt speak to you I spoke to a woman which was also in the post. Your now just lying saying you were the one who helped me. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars! Not only are they twice the cost of the post office, the owners and staff do not know what they are doing! My wife went in to send an important document and make copies. The owner was so concerned with selling her a huge expensive envelope that was not necessary to mail a small document that he kept her copies and mailed them with the document instead of giving her the important copies. We called to get the copies back and the girl who answered did not care. She told us the mail already went out and that they make mistakes sometimes. I asked to speak to the owner who actually made the huge mistake and she said he already left for vacation. What an unprofessional bunch of people. Do NOT trust your important mail at this overpriced, unprofessional place. You would think an owner would do the right thing, but I guess overcharging customers and making costly mistakes with mail and documents did not matter to him because he had his vacation to get to! Trust me it is cheaper and safer to go to the post office where it costs much less and the professionals actually know what they are doing. Our important documents are gone because of the owner's negligence, at least this post might help someone from having the same terrible experience at this place! read more

They are super rude especially the woman with long blonde hair she has a very dumb attitude I am disabled and have trouble speaking and when I would ask a. Question she would ignore me until I would raise my voice then respond with an attitude.they also are unbelievably expensive however I had no other choice but to use them read more

Definitely recommend! They are just extremely helpful and they take care of my mail priorities like no other . They always make sure my items get shipped the right way never forgetting good presentation . Thank you ladies read more

I have been a customer since the store opened but I feel more like family. Most companies do the big things and they do, however it is the little courtesy things like notifying us when packages arrive, carrying things out to my car that set them apart. Top to bottom the staff cares. This is a full service operation, if you need it, they have it. This is a family run business so you can be sure you will be taken care. I fully recommend them.
