I…read moreusually put a non-machinable stamp on my cards because I included a chipboard with the card to protect it from being damaged in the mailing machines. I spend a lot of time on my cards so I want them to arrive intact. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my stamps on the envelopes so I figured I'd just purchase the three stamps here. NEVER in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have to pay THREE TIMES the value of the stamps that I purchased at the USPS office. The non-machinable stamps at the USPS is $1.31 each. I was charged $3.20 here are the Hemet Postal Annex+ 3037 I guess you can say I learned my lesson. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this place. I can understand that they are a third party facility, but it seems that as far as shipping fees go, you can actually charge any amount as long as you have someone who will pay. Maybe if the USPS was charging what the third party companies are charging, they wouldn't be going out of business.

The store itself is very clean and tidy, and they have proper social distancing stickers on the ground to ensure each customer is six feet apart, which I appreciate. Their customer service is seriously so amazing and I have never spent more than 2-3 minutes inside. I'm greeted by a friendly employee and before I know it my package is scanned and I'm out the door with my receipt. The process really could not be any faster or easier. There's also plenty of parking since this location is in a big shopping center. If you're looking for a quick, seamless UPS Store experience, I highly encourage you to visit the Stetson location. On December 24th, I personally received confirmation calls and messages guaranteeing delivery that day. Without any notice or explanation, the shipment was instead redirected to a sorting facility in another location. As a direct result, my child did not receive his Christmas gift. This is not a minor delay but a failure of communication, accountability, and service standards. Day after day there is a line of 5-15 people and the management will staff one person here. There are many other associates that walking around "looking" busy. The associates doing the returns are so unmotivated as well. I kind of don't blame them but the store manager should do something different.
